Keep in mind the Midwest is more than just the city/state you moved to in your 20s for a job. There are a lot of great people in this region. It can be a bit slower though so the mix of mid-20s and midwest, especially if born on the west coast, is probably a tough transition.

Not store manager, usually the toys manager or the AGM over that area. I usually just ask them if they would be willing to take the clearance down farther if I buy up a lot of their inventory. They usually aren't willing to if they don't have a lot left or if you aren't looking at buying much. To get the markdown's further I usually am dropping $300-$1000 depending on the size of the sets.

In my 20s I re-located to the Midwest from the west coast and after getting a job there...my new supervisor said the only thing that made him hesitate was what kind of a fool leaves the west coast for the Midwest...needless to say...after giving it my best try (I really wanted to love it)...I moved back after 3 years. So you all can have your 70% off Legos at Walmart...and shopping carts full of $1 pollies...I rather live in an area where cities actively legislate to keep Walmarts away instead of making it their town center. SOrry...just bitter as hell

Keep posting those deals. It was a good deal and Lego related along with other great deals on the non Lego ornaments. Much better than the questioning deals right after they are posted posts. Or the is this worth it non deal posts. Now if only LEGO can get a lipstick collaboration line I'll be back in business.
