Had some fun hunting... Started out with my company's model home furniture (&other stuff) sale. Picked up a small Classic set and a Large Lego brick storage bin for $5 ea. Dropped by Walmart on the way home picked up the 4x4 response (60165), then later picked up the crazy deals on the Scout Walker, Bane attack and brickheadz.

Our store had Lego 10% off with a bonus 10% today. We picked up a few small Duplo sets and a Lego batman set for the kiddos. I left behind a UCS Snowspeeder. Also grabbed some Playmobil Ghostbusters sets. The best deal we found was the Radio Flyer landspeeder for $150 (originally $500). I kind of want to build a fleet of them!

Hey all. New here and really amazed at the site. I saw a link to this site from a discussion about insurance of/for Lego collections. So i'm not so much a reseller as a collector. I don't even know if I'm an investor. I have a lot of sets from when I was younger. Late 60's through mid/late 70's. I got back into Lego last year when we were at Costco doing some shopping. They had a Lego set, I think it was from The Lego Batman Movie. Decided to buy it as the cost was decent. I've since watched the movie and as a result bought sets related to the movie. That first set at Costco has, of course, brought back the fun of Lego. I've probably spent more than I should have in the last few months but dang, it's fun to build stuff! My daughter graduated from college a little over a year ago so her old room is on its was to becoming my Lego room. Very slowly though.

Got my tickets for opening Thursday as well.

Well I couldn't help myself... Besides those posters are truly terrible indeed. I caught today my friend who is a supervisor in Leicester Sq and he told me that marketing team gave them a strict instruction to remove Vader Pods even knowing that they have plenty of stock available - he confirmed me that. They will most likely hit the shelves with price tag. They have already the Cloud City marketing promo materials on computer. Anyway. Finally I have A-Wing with one and only himself - Lando! I've never been a huge fan of the Brickheadz but I just couldn't help myself resisting those from the new run. They are fantastic!

If they had ran a sale on falcons.. they could spot the rebel scum resellers that bought more than one and ban them... (Waiting for someone to upload it’s a trap gif)
