Which meant I got to buy myself a 70618 Destiny's Bounty for $55 after using those points, a $15 off $70 coupon, another 5.3% off GC and a bit of points I saved up over the last few days ..... 66% off. For personal build (but that means I now have 2 70618's for resale from the $79 WM clearance ...)

Went to visit some friends in New Orleans, couldn't resist checking out some local secondhand/thrift stores...

10259 Winter Village Station x24. 20% off / $64 each Walmart.com deal from the other day. Train stations and the Winter Village theme have always done well for me. Combine the two and this set is a safe bet to do well once retired. 20% isn't a great discount, but the winter sets rarely get discounted unless you have a Lego store nearby and they are trying to move them after the season is over. Even then it's usually only 30%. I just tried to place another order of 12 but it looks like they finally sold out after a few days. Bummer.

Did I offend someone here? This must be some kind of trolling. It's just too unreal. Background: New/Sealed set listed with that thumb-punch/perforated semi-circle opening. I've had a dozen of this set, same weight, thoroughly inspected. My listing pictures are of the actual set, every angle/side and focus on any imperfections. Potential Buyer: "Hi could you send me photos with what's in the box please. I just want to make sure it's not empty" What I think: WHAT??? That's insane. What I reply: "If it adds any assurance, this set has no tape seals, only one perforated area, so it's more obvious it has not been tampered with. I honestly would not want to tear open a new/sealed set without being guaranteed it would be purchased. Otherwise, it would have to be relisted as Used or Open Box and lose value. I hope that's understandable. Thanks." Potential Buyer: "Alright so can you take a photo of the tape" What I think: "Seriously? I just said it has no tape." What I reply: "Hello again. It was a great experience for me, I priced accordingly and sold a bunch. Also would just ask for discounts and people accommodated. My thought was I wouldn't make anymore here than eBay. But at least I would not be enriching those jerks, and,maybe save the buyer some money. I appreciated it.

Rest were mint and certainly didn't look like returns. Mostly end of 2017 seals.

JUST A QUICK UPDATE: A total of 213 Dimensions sets have shipped out, and brickpickers have so far donated a combined $235 to the St. Paul Fundraiser in connection with their purchase. Thanks to those of you who donated more than a $1 per set, or added the difference in shipping cost to your donation. WHAT NOW? As of Tuesday, 99 cent stores in my area were wiped out, but I'll keep checking and post what I find. So continue to PM me if more of you are interested. It's helpful if you list sets and quantities, rather than saying "let me know what you have" cause then I can estimate and decide whether to arm sweep what I find.
