Picked up 7894 airport from a charity shop for a fiver, box was a bit faded. Expected the worst when I put it together this afternoon. To my amazement all present and correct mint with all three instruction books. Looks like it was built twelve years ago and put straight back in the box again, right result ??4 points

Could you fix that 4th one from the bottom left corner.... it's screaming at me. (and since you're there, maybe the 7th one from the bottom left too, but that isn't too bad)3 points

I just double checked my receipt from this past Thursday. I used a reward and my TRU card and both the 10% and the rewards coupon worked on Lego with no override needed.3 points

Finally got round to buying the snowspeeder. Although a more accurate and detailed build with nice touches still prefer the original since I fell it’s more imposing since a bit blockier.2 points

So I wanted to see if I could build a set and I’m supposed to move my arm to get my elbow to loosen up (that’s where the break is). Pulled out a smaller set I hadn’t built yet. Not too bad. Used my bad wing to collect each piece from the pile to get it some exercise. Nice little build. Bought this totally for the Ugnaut. Might bust out the Destiny’s Bounty next.2 points

In my defense , I told her she should have left earlier .. ??. Damage been done , any attempt to try to reclaim the garage is never wasted by her..2 points

Wow zero posts on this 12 in 1 masterpiece?(for $20). Phenomenal car build, with the door and convertible movements. The truck is a cool build too. Not to mention all the super sweet car designs made by users on utube. Also the Wheeljock transformer build is pretty rad I gotta say.2 points

wait wut? from which line did you considered my sentence to be implying that Poland is Western country. when I say Middle eastern I consider Poland where the demand in the toy market is tad different as from western countries such as Germany or UK where sets broadly cosidered to be HOT are not finding its final clientele in Poland... where nexo are going strong but in western countries are broadly considered to be non questionable "turd". you missed my point my Czech friend1 point

Yeah when I saw it spelled that way on the YouTube video. I had to repeat the offense so people could find it.1 point

Sold a Chima Fire Temple for $130 shipped (can't wait to offload these). Bought at half off. Sold a Coast Guard Patrol 60014 for $125 shipped. $50 buy-in. Now I need to get around to dumping the 15+ Nindroid Mechdragons that I have back from my rookie days of investing in LEGO when I would buy every set that was on clearance1 point

! Wife and baby clothed in Primark sweatshop fodder so household budget can be diverted to the Lego budget. Now that's a Lego fanatic! Credit due.1 point

Sold Davey Jones, found him in a load of random Playmobil we got at a charity shop, so no buy in. Really sorry to see him go. Sold for £55 on ebay, £44 profit after fees and postage.1 point

Seems that's it for now. Visited quite a few stores today to see what's what on my stops to a few closing Toys R Us.... PP Girls (found at two stores in small quantities) Sensei Wu and Unikitty - about the same quantities of what ever was left for both of these at most stores Cain - Abundant (this could be the Bart of this wave) and Bart is doing about $12 on Amazon by the way Slimer and Doc Brown - When I found one I found the other (only saw them at 2 stores) A few stores had nothing. I felt a bit underwhelmed by the quantities found. The sticker is an obvious issue if for resale. I am having luck with the hair drier, but does require extra time to get it off just right and even then you will end up with some (not all) damaged packs. I wouldn't send them to Amazon, but I bet you'll get some classy sellers sending them in with a 1.99 sticker and all. SMH On a lighter note, found 5 Friends Heartlake Airports for 49.99 minty fresh at Toys r Us1 point

So there is more money in the sticker sheets than the sets themselves for SH stuff. Interesting.1 point

The way our portfolios are performing, it would be more accurate to see who is going to make a smaller loss.1 point

I've decided to make a pause and ignore my crypto holdings for the month of February. Will look at the rates again after my birthday in March. Hopefully it will be on a more sunny side by then.1 point

For people interested in just testing the waters without actually committing real money to it, you could try out this site: https://coinloop.io/ It's not an exchange, nor a crypto Wallet. It's just a Dashboard where you pick currencies, enter a certain amount, and let it track the value of it over time. This way you could virtually 'buy' certain crypto-currencies that you might have picked if you would have bought them for real, add them to your Dashboard portfolio, and then check every day how you would have done. It's not the first site to do this, but it's very easy and user friendly. Simple to create an account there and go.1 point

Investing in Lego suddenly appears to be a safe, low-risk option now that the worst of the speculative correction has passed. A lot of people are going to get caught out bigtime when this Ponzi scheme unravels.1 point

I know precisely what you are talking about and have come across plenty of these little minifigure vignettes. http://www.flickr.com/photos/cecilihf/sets/72157624440241953/ LEGO Collectible minifig modular display by cecilihf1 point
