"During tax year 2017, Massachusetts (MA) and Vermont (VT) implemented Form 1099-K reporting requirements that are different from federal tax reporting requirements. These different reporting requirements mandate that PayPal report on account holders who receive payments for goods and services in excess of $600. " So, are you in MA or VT? If so, and you received more than $600, you'll get the 10992 points

It doesn't look horrible, but my expectations are pretty low as long as Disney is in charge of cranking out film canon.1 point

I have a feeling the best lines in this film are going to be from the Wookie.1 point

It's finally happened!!! I've spent every day of the last 26 years waiting for you all to catch up to me!!! My life has been ruined ever since they cast Sean Patrick Flanery as Young Indiana Jones and now the rest of you finally understand why!!!! If only Harrison Ford would have cloned himself once a year so we'd have an endless supply of Harrisons for every single age, none of us would ever have to take issue with casting roles he originated ever again!!! And don't even get me friggin' started on Chris Pine playing Captain Kirk *grumble* *grumble*1 point

You just gave LEGO a free, rehash idea! Might as well start a new thread "Marvel Brickheadz 2019"!1 point

Unless you already sell Lego on Amazon, you cannot sell on there, FBA or FBM. Getting through the gate requires invoices from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. No one has (or shared) how to do this, as we all buy Lego from retailers, and retail receipts are not sufficient.1 point

Perhaps this is still a promotional photo? The other seasonal brickheadz have at least come with decorated bases so I'll hold judgement until its official. At first glance though, it looks more like a gnome with a purple goatee.1 point

Prices about to tumble if they have them in big quantities again. On Amazon some fun packs are 10 to 20 dollars now and team and certain level packs anywhere from 15 to 30. This will change all of that for a while. That and the dimension system going bye bye makes it a bit of a gamble this time IMO. With that said...in for 10k. Bring it. Semi serious.1 point

I checked one of my local stores... nothing. I did not bother to check any others after that. it could be a rogue store stocking before they are supposed to. SD poster posted a photo https://ibb.co/guvT3x. looks i see Sensei Wu and Unikitty.... and $1.99 price sticker on the box. not sure how easy those stickers come off.1 point

It can take a bit to refresh. When I checked out it didn't say that 3 were left, but after I completed it said 2 remaining. It did say that someone else had it in their cart at the same time, but not 5. I would say it is somewhat accurate, but probably just to try and get you to pull the trigger. Regardless, I have never seen the Carousel that low, ever. So it makes me question the box quality.1 point

Shows as Sold Out, but 5 people have it in their cart. Meanwhile, the Batman 66 Batcave is also on their site, at 50% off, and showing as just Sold Out. Do they typically show the "5 people have it in their cart!" message? If not...then either buy it or dump it so I can buy it folks! Geez... I bought for $1.99 off of Amazon a few years ago. LOVE this movie.1 point

The creativity of these, such thoughtful use of a limited palette, while staying within the confines of such a small character map. Just wow. Bravo all.1 point

Was in local LEGO store today due to double VIP pts for Black Card holders. Was surprised to see an Assault on Hoth (last one in stock) still listed at $175. For double VIP pts, 60th anniversary set and 30% off, I'll do that. Imagine my surprise when it actually rang up for $140... score!1 point

Did a small carpentry job for friends in-laws as a favor. They gave me $150 Lego gc which I used on a ninjago city with 60yrs set a couple days ago. Today I went to the Lego store to get a sat v for me and the 2 seasonal brickheadz for my kids Easter baskets and another 60yrs set. Used $20 in vip points.1 point

You're saying they discounted so heavily before because they were felling generous? And not because they needed to clear slow moving sets / remaining stock? What company does that? Lego isnt a charity. they do promos, point and occasional event driven discounts (Black Friday). Thats their attempt at generosity. my view is they discount heavily to deal with problems. When things are okay they don't discount something. But that's ok to disagree of course. Everyone entitled to their view.1 point
-
That makes no sense. Some co AP IRS have policies of never discounting, others have to discount to clear stock, others discount because they have problems. But there's no logic in saying Lego isn't discounting because it has troubles. Sounds to me like they previously discounted these because they had problems selling them (otherwise why discount a set if selling perfectly well or not a short term promotion). By contrast, It having to discount this year suggests they've got the supply / demand balance in better shape.1 point

The Han Solo movie starring Alden Ehrenreich and Woody Harrelson has begun production. On Monday co-director Chris Miller posted on Twitter an image of a clapboard from the set of the Star Wars spin-off film. It was also revealed that the shooting name is Red Cup, which is a play on the lead character’s name. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-4172744/Han-Solo-spinoff-Star-Wars-team-starts-production.html1 point

The sale was that bad? I didn't follow it. Got most of mine for around 180€. I thought so. There were some articles a while ago that they were having trouble thinking of a Disney friendly story about a bounty hunter. Afaik the original schedule was: 2015 episode 7 2016 spinoff (rogue one) 2017 episode 8 2018 spinoff (han solo) 2019 episode 9 2020 spinoff (boba fett???)1 point
