Finally finished! Holy cow, it’s a beast! Frankly I love it. Wish it had gotten more love. Sooooo steampunk. As steampunk as LEGO will ever get, I bet. Great build. Very interesting the entire time. Fantastic detail throughout.

I guess this counts as a deal...last set I bought on Amazon I picked the delayed shipping where they offer a "digital" benefit back. Usually it is something sort of worthless IMO. This time it was a benefit of a free Star Wars graphic novel for the Kindle. There's a list of about 15 choices you get. I took a Thrawn trilogy one which was listed at $12.99 - did show as free on my order. Not a bad benefit if you aren't in a rush on getting an order. YMMV, not sure if it is account specific at all.

the ninjago brickheads are retiring after a couple of months and supposedly are not being sold anywhere besides tru and LEGO Shop at Home. seems like an ok filler. otherwise a speed champions corvette seems like a safe option.

After looking through The Lego Book for what has to be the thousandth time my eyes focused on set 3221 Lego Truck from 2010 and I knew instantly I had to have it. After seeing the price it was selling for I decided to BrickLink the parts. Fortunately it only took 3 orders and cost under $40. My daughter said, “Daddy, it only real needs the Lego sticker on the cab of the truck”, so using her wisdom I did exactly that and it really does have too many Lego stickers (down the side and on the back doors) and other stickers for my liking. The minifigures are close to the originals in the actual set and inspiration struck to create an Alex minifigure from Ice Road Truckers and that is the reason for the brown hat for the driver! Maybe I should use the truck to deliver all the packages with the sets we have been selling during the Christmas season. I have sold more sets than ever recently and I hope you all are doing the same.

Because the MF is driving through a space slug crystal cavern and breaks through the planet crust to join the fight top side. And seriously Crait is a snow planet? The ski set has "snow troopers" in it. *facepalm* At least Rey didn't go to visit Yoda Luke on Degobah Ahch-to to train as a Jedi or have to go into some cave to struggle with some unknown Jedi temptation thing. Well, at least the casino night scene should be new. I wonder if they allow droids in there?
