Picked these up off Facebook Marketplace a couple weeks ago for $50 !!! All of the pieces were there plus a couple other smaller vehicle sets not pictured !! All in excellent condition =)

Kmart clearance deals can be exceptional even WITHOUT the use of points: found a 70745 Ninjago Anacondrai Crusher on the top shelf, didn't ring up on store scanner nor price-check at the register. Friendly lady took me to someone with a special inventory scanner, who said it was $2. Then, when I paid it turned out to be marked Clearance (which is 50% off right now) so got it for $1 before SYW shenanigans. Found more old sets, applied $5 off $35 coupon, which made my pre-points total $0.82. To top it all off, the register printed out a $5 on $5 Freecash coupon and a $5 off $25 toys coupon. Not too shabby.

Gotta love it when the manager of the local TRU calls you and asks if you want all the leftovers from the BB-8 build....

Really loving the Scooby sets so far. 1x Scooby Mystery Mansion for $150 on Craigslist (buy-in @40, Kmart clearance) Set of all 5 Scooby sets on Ebay for $359 ($11 to ship) (Buy-in at $95 over multiple Kmart clearances/purchases with points, etc.) 2x Hulk-Buster Smash for $43 each (shipping paid by buyer) via Bricklink (Buy-in at $15 each from Kmart) 1x Mirkwood Elf Army for $42 (shipping paid by buyer) on Bricklink (Buy is @16 Kmart Clearance) 2x Mirkwood Elf Army for $40 each (shipping paid by buyer) on Ebay (Buy in @16 Kmart Clearance)

2 Ekimu the Mask Makers for $140. This one gets more sob stories about it being priced above retail than anything else I've listed. Eclipse Starfighter for $22, buy-in was $3. Sofia the First Castle for $85, buy-in was $25. 4 polybag bundles for $18 ea, buy-in was $7. Used Loki minifig from a bulk lot for $7. Used Holiday Truck, w/o minifig, from a bulk lot for $15 shipped.

Now .... this thought has gotten me excited ... Emerald Knight-style Hogwarts Express ... full loco, couple of coaches. Heck, throw in a flying Ford Anglia if you must. Ready to be put on tracks, just supply your own PF. That would be SUCH a hit with both the HP crowd and the LEGO train community ....

Imagine UCS quality versions of Hogwarts Castle and/or Hogwarts Express.

Buy through Rakuten using the GIVE10 code for $10 off of $40. Have to choose TRU as the seller, and a cheap filler to get to $40, but it worked for me! Total was around $33.

Do make more re-releases please, but always in an improved way like you did with Falcon. UCS sets are simply great. I have them all but the older are not more up to date. And do NOT re-releases like TM...

Those seasonal freebies are nowhere near the quality of Snowglobe, Gingerbread and other earlier incarnations. This Christmas Ornament is such a let down They could do much better than that. Probably Snowglobe because of that will jump on custmomer attention trails.

I think most of the list provided is viable and would be on my predicted list. The surprises for me in that list would be Minecraft Ice Spikes - Very short production run so far. Technic Telehandler - Why would they retire a 2017 set that is part of the combo to build their special anniversary model? The Phantom - Very short shelf life for a reasonably cheap set with in demand figure. I know someone mentioned that 5 on the list are wrong. I think these are 3 of them.

No. Too many people look for deals there now. I stopped after he third or fourth set that looked complete and wasn’t. Or getting sent the wrong bulk lot. Or many other reasons.
