This is when I originally built the tower circa 2015 I added mountains, a village, and a Great Wall to protect the villagers from the white walkers but never finished always onto something else.

Went on a Wendy's run and a local pharmacy had these.

The whole visage of the black god conjuring a storm of the dead up the mountain was an awesome sight. A slight sting to his reputation though getting beaten down by a spiky haired kid with a keyblade. Haha. Anywho, Fantasia maintains to impress in my opinion even more so considering how old the work of art is now (77 years ago to date going by theatrical release). I cannot imagine how much value the original animation cells are now. The scene where he snatches Mufasa on the cliff side only to mutter "Long live the king" before dropping him to his death was very visceral and the follow up to guilt Simba into running away then sending the hyenas to kill him was heartless. Jeremy Irons voiced the conniving character so fantastically and let's not forget the great "Be prepared". I'll drink to that. Anyone remember how he kept mispronouncing Prince Ali "Abooboo"? I enjoy both portrayals of the cutthroat captain but admit Dustin Hoffman had fun and was fun in the role alright. George Sanders provided such a smooth and devilishly debonair flair to the ruthless tiger. In a dream match between him and Scar, I wonder who would best the other. While Scar was heartless, he did ultimately rely on the hyenas to back him up (of whom he ousted in a feeble attempt to save his own backside in the end) compared to Khan who relied on himself. Moving along I remember in the spinoff series Talespin, Shere Khan (voiced by Tony Jay) was an intriguingly written character being something of a successful business tycoon and a borderline mob boss yet not really evil. He was a hilarious thumb-sucker ....and that laugh of his. "Taxes! Beautiful lovely taxes! Ah ha! Ah ha!" She was an absolutely fabulous villainess. In fact I could totally see Joanna Lumley play the part. I can recall the chase scene around the end of the original film with her was classy car now flaming hot rod driving like a banshee out of hell with those crazed eyes of a lady possessed. Good stuff. I can always count on you to bring a little obscurity to the table. Geeze, I haven't watched The Fox and The Hound in a long time. On that note, I'm almost bummed nobody mentioned Madame Medusa from The Rescuers or Madam Mim from The Sword In The Stone or Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame or probably the most obscure with the Horned King in The Black Cauldron.

Not a set I've bought but got the instructions for Mirko Soppelsas UCS U-Wing MOC and ordered all the parts i don't have. Hopefully this will tide me over until 75192 hits the shelves. Not a cheap set of instructions to buy but the manual is a work of art and comes with a unique numbered tile as it's a limited release.

Finished. Well I guess I need to see the movie as there is a lot of build here that I have no clue what it is. Besides being an amazing display set, it is very busy and seems to have something different to look at each time, there are some awesome modules that have great detail on the inside that you do not see unless you take them apart and explore, like Lloyd's apartment that just looks like a plain yellow building from the outside and the comic book store. It is not your classic Ninjago set and I still think ToA is my favorite in the theme. It is also not a classic Modular where you build one floor at a time, rather you build separate modules that attach to make up the floors. I think they did a great job of recreating the city from the movie using new elements, elements in new colors and existing elements in new ways, but will have to wait to see it. I am going to add the Ninjago green dragon 70612 tonight and some lampposts from the city chase 70607 should be arriving Monday. You get a lot for $300 with over 4860 elements, 16 minifigs, sweep and 2 suprise figs that are part of the build.

It should be a hardcover for $800!

Maybe it's my age, as the months come tumbling down before I turn 40, but a lot of my favourite mid size sets in the last few years have harked back to when I was a kid, Ecto-1, Mystery Machine, Benny's Spaceship. Look how happy Voltron made @Alpinemaps. Got me thinking to what sets I'd love to see made and I seem to keep coming back to tv sets from decades ago. Maybe this is what Ideas is all about, but I'd love to see a dedicated retro tv theme, here's a few of the sets I'd like to see: A-Team Airwolf Knight Rider Battlestar Gallactica - I know, Disney would never allow it Buck Rogers Magnum PI - Car and helicopter The Fall Guy pickup Dukes of Hazzard - PC means this won't happen Starsky and Hutch Wacky Races Mask Babylon 5 Can't believe such a crap set like BGGT got made, when there's so many more cooler sets out there to be made still. Love the fact that minifigures for movies/TV from these generations are creeping in with Dimensions, BA, ET, Beetlejuice, Gremlins, would love to see even more.

Hi all, My name is Jan van 't Ende, as my nickname gave away. I am from the Netherlands and started trading Lego since December last year. At first I was buying new Lego in the toy shop for my new born son, early 2016, but once doing that i found out that can be done cheaper. That said, i started buying and selling larger used collections (still do) and with the profit of that I do fun things AND buy long term investments. Although I haven't made the smartest moves yet, I am in the plus with the MISB Lego. I found this website thanks to a different forum and hope to become the smarter buyer and in the long run have a great collection for my son, when he will be old enough to play with. I hope someone creates a badge for this: I just sold a **** Grayson torso to someone who works for LEGO Singapore. Lego.com email address and everything. I can hear Admiral Ackbar warning me, but if I just sold LEGO to someone at LEGO, then that is badge-worthy!

I swear if any more resellers contact me about my CL listings and then try to explain to me why I'm doing things wrong and why I should sell them stuff for nothing, I'm going to agree to the price and I'm going to instruct them to meet at a parking lot at some shopping center out in the boonies. Then about 15 minutes after the meeting time I'll email them and say I got held up and I'll be there in like 20 minutes and then block their email.

What struck me the most is that after collecting and building for 10 years, he still calls it "Legos".

Because he basically told people how great the collection was a dozen times, how great he was at amassing said collection, how great he was for selling it at such a bargain and how great he'd be for renting a uhaul and delivering it (wtf?)... Then he proceeded to tell everyone if you want to pay a premium for it, buy it now... otherwise I'll eventually get desperate to sell it and either drop the price or split it into smaller parts saving you a whole lot of work estimating the value for yourself or finding the parts you want. Oh and he knows all about selling LEGo so he's doing you a favor by setting the price based only on part of the collection (yeah right). Shut up and post the facts. Opinions are not needed in a CL ad.
