The marvel sets is for personal and some of this is for@donbee Glad I was able to get so many phantoms! Seeing how well the first one did makes me happy and this one has better mini figs. Sweet talked the lady into letting me use some of the coupons. Was able to use 3 of them. Not sure final buy in yet (havnt had time) safe to say roughly 45% off.

Be happy the guy used 2 boxes instead of cramming into one and the fact they still got it out on time instead of waiting for another box. Easy to judge from the sidelines but as much as you can prepare and plan things always come up. I carry about 30 boxes sizes and it's rare I run out but on occasion it does happen. Sometimes you have to get creative. The seller did nothing wrong. If anything they paid more out of pocket just to get the buyer there packages safely and promptly which is what a good seller will do.

It is sad to see the first few responses to this missing package were automatic scam alerts. The seller had 1600 fedbacks at 100%. That took time and work to build. At least take time and ask the seller first before coming into this conclusion. Geez no wonder it is harder and harder to sell stuffs on eBay.

I'm not excited about any of these sets. The walker will be the best seller of this trio. Moreover, I look forward to the inevitable "how to covert the FO Heavy Assault Walker into an OT AT-AT" threads.

I am mildly disappointed with the Finalizer. I wish they would have pushed the design some to resemble what it is, which is 2x larger than the ISD. Instead we are stuck with what looks more like a midi scale version @ $149.99. I counted the studs on the AT-AT-1970 and it's definitely taller than any previous 4 legged variant. Anxious to see what it will look like in Ep8. Feel bad for TLG at times. The FO/Resistance design teams have not done them many favors with these last two episodes.

I built this with my two 6 year olds. It was going to be one story. Every time we finished a floor, I asked them if they wanted to add another. The patios were their idea. The boy was also insistent on an elevator, which is what that hole on the left is the future site of. I have no idea how I'm going cram some kind of elevator in there. I just posted in a Minecraft thread asking this; but, if anyone has any links to elevator building info, I could use it. This is the first time using hinges to make a house that opens up. The kids love it. When we start building, they want to know what the "special feature" will be. "Okay, okay, you can bring it to the breakfast table."

For some reason the Vice Admiral Holdo minifigure made me think of a young Bea Arthur. Perhaps it is memories from that elusive holiday special surfacing.

Used the 20% off SW promo at Target to get the new constractible speeder bike (75532) for $44, then used $15 in TP GCs to get it down to $29, and used discounted GCs from Raise to get the total w tax to be an even $30. I call that 50% off, not bad for a set that doesn't officially release until 6/1

watch out on the volume shipping crap price when you tape or shrink wrap multiple boxes. while its a novel idea sometimes its not worth it. but again totally depends. i have had lot of sellers ship orders in multiple boxes. its not a big deal at all. usual scammers are buyers. of course that doesn't mean there aren't scam sellers. usual way to figure is multiple listing of high value item at a heavy discount. [ that's a red flag ] i.e. example would be someone selling 75105 for $59 (shipped) and also 10 of them.

Load coupons to your account. The best one applicable to your transaction will auto apply when you check out. I used this a bunch at the store that closed near me earlier in the year.

I dont think they will affect 75054 and 75055 that much - they are different models and differently named

It's rare that I don't have the right-size box, but I always forget that's an option when desperate enough.

Sadly I didn't manage to buy these when they first came out, but happy to pick these up on Ebay over the last few weeks. Pleased with this small collection that I hope will do well over time. Cult film.
