TRU has bogo 40% off on friends, minecraft and nexo. many things on sale already, such as Friends roller coaster. also likely to see amazon do the same. not sure if this is in store as well, but with 20% off SW running and the fact that most end of week sales are not in store, I would guess not. but stacking truth would make it even better if possible. Seen this one running on PF. And I have to admit, Michael Psiaki absolutely nailed it with design and final execution, THIS SET IS ABSOLUTELY BEUTIFUL! and the most important fact is that THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO STUTTER, No friction no jumps etc this construction with PF is running butter smooth. Can't wait to build mine and see what kind of "magic" is responsible for this result. Mike, good to have you on board mate. I'm very looking forward to see more constructions in the future from this Lad.4 points

the hounds of hell come a knockin' on your door and you must sacrifice your youngest child born on the 8th day of the 8th month. bridge to cross when you come to it. i'm happy i finally got back to 100% health now that i made it through the 1 year anniversary of my one and only seller ding from angry grandpa who's grandkids laughed at him when he opened up the 18th minifigure disney pack and it wasn't the one that he predicted to the kids ( 2 ursula's and no maleficient) who proceeded to laugh profusely at said angry incorrect grandpa who judging by my limited interaction has never been wrong or at least told they were wrong and laughed at in his entire life. sometimes there is a deeper mission in selling which might be unknown to the seller and the buyer. i think in mis-smooshing that ursula's trident, i might have done some greater good. however, now i take the responsibility of sealed minifigure identification more serious with a 5 step quality assurance process to make sure no boomer is ever laughed at by the grandkids without intending that to happen as a part of the buying experience.3 points

Demons suck! So talented and everyone wanted to work with him. I was supposed to see Soundgarden at Rock on the Range tomorrow night. [emoji20]3 points

I'm glad I was able to see them back in August of 2014. I went to an Audioslave show a few years back as well. Glad I went to those shows. What a bummer.2 points

Pop star houses are moving here at £60/£65 and they are still reasonably easy to get hold of at £35/£40. Bundle with those cheap pop star tour bus, they’ll do well. Demand is there. Moved my first 76034: Batboat Harbour Pursuit last night at £40 2/3 days after listing. Buyin was £15 July last year. Stay away from small DC sets they said. Only got 8 though.2 points

Got to work this morning and noticed that 75825 Piggy Pirate Ship was marked down to $17.98 nearby, qty. 4 available. I'm not into Angry Birds, but I'll get two at that price. Drive over to Walmart, can't find them. Look around for 5 minutes, not there. Drive back to work, and check the stock tracker to see if they're down to zero on hand. OOOOPS! They're $17.98 at Target, not Walmart. Darn it. Make it to lunch time, and there are still 3 at the Target store. Head over and buy two, leaving one. With my two Zantac rebate cards for $7.58 each (thank you Krazy Coupon Lady app), and my Red Card, I get them down to $9.88 each plus tax. I'll take that 83.5% discount, even if it is Angry Birds2 points

For anybody interested Fred Meyer is doing BOGO40 off legos this week. Or at least the one I was at today is. In the area I'm in there isn't much Walmart clearance so it's a bit better. I know most Walmarts have better deals right now but I just figured it couldn't hurt to post anyway.1 point

Write to the seller, explain what you've found and don't be too demanding. Include a picture and nicely ask if there's something they can do. Most likely they will gladly ship you a new piece (or more if the problem is wide-spread). If they are difficult about it, then it might be time to escalate and/or leave negative feedback.1 point

Store pickup is the way to go (unless you have no KMarts and no Sears nearby). Alternatively, you can combine it with a $5 off $20 (personalized) or $5 off 35 (mobile coupon site) to get a $35+ set, plus the additional $10 in points. You might also be lucky with the offer-base on some of the sets, for example, I see these offers:1 point

I always expect 3 weeks, but I've gotten things in 7-10 business days pretty regularly. I know I'm always surprised at how quick my orders get here. To answer your other questions... Put the shop on your blocked stores list. Or least favorite stores list. (I can't remember which it's called). A quick google search for "Bricklink blocked stores list" or something like that will get you to the right page. When you do the auto finder you'll have an option to exclude stores on your blocked list. When deciding between B&P and BL here's what I do: I look at what each part is selling for and pick a price that's my top end price. I then put that into my want list (there's a price field). Then I look at my want list and B&P and start adding things to my cart that don't exceed (or grossly exceed) my top BL price. If I'm only saving a few pennies I won't worry about it. But it has saved me in the past when I've wanted Tiger large quantities of parts (100+).1 point

I bought a detectives office that had no box but the right number of bags. Received the lot and every bag had been slit and taped. A full third of the set was missing. Pretty sure it was Donbee's Goodwill.1 point
