I tried messaging them to settle, they never responded. I opened a case, they never responded. Once the case was decided in my favor, I hadn't returned anything yet, but the seller contacted me and said they missed all the previous messages and saw no record of them, blah blah blah. Anyway, they refunded me in full, including the shipping cost. I would have been satisfied with a partial refund, but they were nice about refunding me in full without me asking and told me to keep them.

Personally, I wanted to buy the Maze but it wasn't high on my priority list as I wrongly assumed it would have a much longer shelf life. Also, I was hoping it would become available outside of LEGO Shop at Home to get it at a decent discount. Maybe others had similar thoughts.

Pay attention to which side you tend to flip your phone when you take the photo. Try flipping the other way.
