Made a Lego lake house at my father in law's real lake house. No real moose though...

Upon preliminary inspection, all the bricks I checked had the Lego mark on the studs. It looks as if both sets are pretty close to complete. Here are some pics. I'm about to delve in and try to inventory the CC.

shot down at 2 stores. at the first store, i walked up to the counter with a small set - single White house architecture set and inquired if this would be available at 20% membership discount. clerk attempted to be helpful - walked up to register with me typed in a number got a beep, called a manager talked hmmm hmmm 0k thanks then i was told that there normally is 0% discount on LEGO for membership but today they were going to "bend the rules a little and give you 10% off." took much effort to hold back the No - why don't yeowouuUU get bent instead of your stupid rules - this is the normal freaking discount corporate stooge. got some discounted earl grey tea for my darling wife and departed. tried at the second store and was politely told that the system was "flagging" it.

You always struck me as an under the stall kinda guy...

It is bigger than I expected as well. I have actually seen some people anchor it on the wall although I have no idea how you would do that. As I stated some of the top panels simply rest on the ship and turning the ship sideways would cause them to move. To be honest with you I really have no idea where I'm going to put it yet as it does not fit on any shelf. That's the part of building the Falcon that I didn't think about. LOL That's right! Another member of the family

They were comparing light sabers. That's what made him go out and buy the motorcycle to compensate.

Just finished my UCS Falcon.. took much longer than expected (mainly just to sort and FIND the pieces needed for each step) but worth it. It's bigger even than anticipated but also "loose" in areas. Having built nearly every other large Star Wars ship, the top panels don't secure the way I expected. Either way, it's an icon for a reason.

Those Harley and Batgirl minifigures are beautiful. I cannot wait to have them in hand.

I was watching LEGO Star Wars The Freemaker Adventures this morning, and caught a bunch of brick separators in the background, as decorations for a hanger bay. Probably not decorations, but, they were integrated into the wall "seamlessly" but it was obvious what they were.

In store event : Yeah .. Unlimited use if you want to hit few store ... Road trip !!!
