Sold a 9509 Star Wars Advent Calendar 2012 for €20 excl. shipping (to France). Buy-in was €13. I know, it could probably do better but it's my first sale on eBay so still building up seller's reputation.5 points

For 2016, our Friends of Emma, Stephanie, Olivia, Andrea, & Mia will be taking their adventures to the great outdoors for some camping! Here is the promotional poster showing off the girls with a couple of the sets including a few new parts such as the unique life preserver in orange followed by the rubber raft colored magenta I believe. From the rumored list of known sets, there will be at least three here out in the woodlands. (Presently these are unconfirmed loosely translated titles.) 41120 Adventure Camp Archery 41121 Adventure Camp Rafting 41122 Adventure Camp Tree House3 points

I'm very happy that Disney, J.J.Abrahams, etc. worked so quickly on that one and that Daniel got his wish fulfilled. I'm very sad that issues that would be solveable and fates that wouldn't need to end in early death don't get the attention they deserve and don't move people as this one did. (Not meaning instead of, but as well).3 points

I looked over the shelves for a good bit Saturday, had physical coupons and gift cards in hand, and still couldn't bring myself to buy anything. Anything I was interested in was marked up a good bit and it wasn't really worthwhile.3 points

Yep. My last visit was 10/29/15 and was only able to grab 1 of the 4rth week set due to all the new hires (only took 43 minutes to buy 1 set). Now I'm sitting on over $300 in gift cards. I'll patiently wait in the corner. Kind of happy to be getting my Slave 1 for about $10 thanks to my 1st Pseudoty $199.50 discount2 points

I am beyond excited for these. I really hope they are classic Disney characters. Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, etc. They could do a Steamboat Willie too. So many possibilities! I just love Disney and these would really open up Lego to a whole other group of collectors that maybe do not buy much Lego.2 points

They were just stopping the shelves in my area around 2 am last night so go out and check this morning if you haven't already. When they put the pallets out I can normally find 1 or 2 Lego boxes on the toy pallets but last night there was at least 15 different Lego boxes.2 points

Why is this stupid? Mega detailed Lego Technic with 3000-4000 pieces is loooong overdue, especially if the set is in the shape of a car and not another construction vehicle. I find it ridiculous that people are happy to pay 300-400 in any currency for a boring house or just something equally un-inspiring in the Lego range, but when it comes to Technic all of a sudden it's too much. Are you serious? Technic is absolutely amazing and there are so many things yet to be done with Technic, the theme has such a potential!2 points

They don't repackage it, but they are usually opened and re-taped with a special "eBay" tape. We have a thread somewhere about global shipping... I've had very good luck with one exception - they put the loose bricks back on the bottom and the set box on top. The weight of the box caused indents and scratches all over it despite the bricks being in a plastic bag... (yeah it mattered, it was an SDCC set that'll never leave the box). Someone else has had them cut the LEGO box with the knife used to open the box... so make sure you guys leave a little air space at the top or put a scrap piece of cardboard under the tape seam!2 points

Listed 3 holiday trains for $34.99 each on amazon non-prime, not expecting them to sell and they all sold out within the last hour. I was not even close to the lowest price among third party sellers. I will most certainly take it.2 points

If you like Star Wars and if you like seeing Star Wars scenes show in an amazing way using LEGO minifigures, then LEGO Star Wars: Small Scenes from a Big Galaxy will be right up your alley. The description from Amazon is as follow: Created by Finnish photographer Vesa Lehtimäki using his son's favorite toys, the book features painstaking recreations of classic movie moments and hilarious new takes on fan-favorite characters and themes. Informative captions give technical details for each scene, while anecdotes from Lehtimäki offer background insights to his creative process. LEGO Star Wars Small Scenes from a Big Galaxy is a breathtaking new look at a timeless icon that allows fans to see their favorite minifigures from the classic saga in an exciting new way. Here is some images from the 176 page book: It looks like Vesa Lehtimäki did a wonderful job with this book and I look forward to reading through it. </p>1 point

And the sellers that get dropped aren't the ones that you need to worry about...it's the sellers who have lower prices and are sitting on hundreds of copies of a set. They've already qualified for holiday selling and have to work through their inventory before prices will start to rise.1 point

Thirsty, I'm not trying to call you out but, this post is a perfect example of why anyone thinking about getting into this needs to sell a few items BEFORE they wind up with a portfolio worth $70k. Buying is easy, finding deals is a thrill. Selling, no matter what platform you're on is hard. Anyone doing this needs to know that. Good luck, I've sold on eBay for over a decade and am, for the most part, happy with it.1 point
