  1. Sears - PNY PowerPack T6600 for Smartphones and Tablets $39.99 (FREE After 100% Back in Points) PNY PowerPack T6600 On Sale: $39.99 Regular Price: $49.99 Free Store Pickup / $5.99 Shipping or free with MAX This is a deal similar to yesterday's Bluetooth Speaker deal. You have to pay up front and the points don't roll (do not redeem your points for this purchase). I was able to use a $10 back on $50 point coupon with this x 2 and get $90 in points back.
  2. I went into Target today and there on the floor was a Sea Cow. Surprised the (*&^ out of me. I have not seen too many of those on target shelves (zero) so I picked it up and looked at the UPC tag and it said "On-line Deal $174.96" Sure enough - it rang out for $174.96 and then I used my target Credit Card for another 5% - so total with tax was $176. Woo Hoo. I threw in a Joker Steam roller so I could get the minifigure cube as well. Merry Christmas to me!!!!
  3. A SSD in a slightly battered box (I dropped it down the loft ladder!) for
  4. Here is Version 1.0 of the Brickpicker LEGO Stock Tracker. There will be a few different pages and trackers released over the coming days. This one here will be one that is updated very frequently. This list here will not grow to 100 sets or anything like that. I want to keep it focused on key sets that are desirable and sought after. This tracker will also be enhanced over the next few days to setup alerts via the site as well as email and SMS. I have included the current price on the site as well as an alert icon if the current price is higher that retail MSRP. You will also see how long ago the in-stock status was checked. This page also works well on mobile devices. For now this page is open to everyone to see what it is, but as I finish the upgrades you will need to be a member and be logged into the site in order to access it. As I mentioned earlier, there will be other pages that will be monitoring all of the sets stock and prices on Amazon, Target, LEGO, Walmart and TRU. These should be live by next week if not sooner. We will use the thread to discuss adding or removing sets on this list of constant updates. I hope you like the start, it will continue to improve. Let me know your thoughts. http://www.brickpicker.com/brickwatcher/lego_stock_checker.cfm
  5. Made my first sale: 1 RI for $40.00. The price seems to be dropping on ebay for these.
  6. Careful, it seems like the more I sell the more I buy
  7. Some things are better left unsaid.

My Superman Keychain from Lego Shop at Home shipped! I'll report the seal codes when it arrives.
  9. We could just look at the chart and figure stuff out ourselves. We have a stock checker and now we need it as easy as possible to instantly know what the best prices are and what's not. Come on just read the prices for a couple seconds. It's a great feature even if it's black white and grey because the information can be analyzed and read.
  10. What's with the desire to eat LEGO ? First DNIIM, and now you too ? Ideas for the Macks for BP T-Shirt: "I love LEGO so much I just want to eat it" :D :D
  11. Careful about that, DNIIM already is looking forward to eating a Town Hall. I recommend adding bacon and BBQ sauce.
  12. probably because they have too many sets out right now they can't produce them fast enough

Two things: 1. To CC.Marley so sorry to hear about your dog, I hope for a speedy recovery. 2. My complaint is about my brain because it finally let me down. I had packages delivered and for the first time, I could honestly say "I don't remember ordering this." Stupid Lego. Ex Astris, Scientia.
  14. Be careful about that, I live only a few minutes from the center of Princeton, NJ. It gets quite pricey there But oh so good
  15. Ok, so some changes from feedback. Turned the table into a grid, all columns are sortable and it is searchable got rid of the red OOS and made it light gray so that it doesn't jump out at you as much as the in stock listings Make the font bigger on in stock bolded the price to make it easier to read for now i removed the automatic refresh, i am trying other options added the log at the bottom Time to make dinner
  16. I'm really pleased with this build. All the functions work extremely will, especially the claw on the excavator.
  17. Santas Workshop on eBay $175 shipped Which is crazy because there are other 100% feedback sellers closer to the buyer also offering free priority mail and the elf set.

I'm just here to say the Ender Dragon really needs to sell out.
  19. 6177 has gone to sold out status and is also likely on its way to EOL 6177 will also be a money maker along with the creative bucket 10662 which is also sold out and probably going to EOL . blue and pink brick buckets have been phenomenal performers for me $30 in brick buckets selling for $140-150. this set will be just like them. the ultimate brick bucket. before walmart sold these the price was $89+ shipping extra on ebay. this is the only time this set has ever been sold in the US at a retailer and its going to retire sooner than later. i am holding these for now because the market is saturated with sellers and wait for the price to get back to $90 though i'm sure its a great flip because even at msrp its still a great deal. its not like in January it still won't be 1.8 cent per brick buy in.

What Ferris Wheel? I haven't heard any rumors about a Ferris Wheel.

  23. After the first sale there is no way back.
  24. Also, 2015 Lego promo calendar for $7.
  25. The mansion is lame and the figs aren't that great. I think the seaport is a great set because of war machine...the boat is lame though. Chances are slim they remake the war machine so I think this one does well.
  26. anyone else having trouble receiving email notifications ?
  27. Blasphemy .. Take it back NOW!!!! :)
  28. I have seen this kind of tape a dozen times. Don't worry.
  29. I just came back from visiting a little toy store and they had two of these on sale for 80 euro each. Nice price! But I left them cause the seals were loose and exactly like you are showing in your pics. I have seen seals like that before. So it is not something strange.
  30. It's back in stock at walmart.ca for $70! GO GO GO!!!
  31. Yes! Received 4 HH last summer and one box had its seals popped from the heat.
  32. Great, now I'll have to rage if mine doesn't ship
  33. Ouch, here's to a speedy recovery.
  34. Anyone pick up some of the Creative Towers at WalMart last week to part out? I think it's going to be fun doing such a large set of basic pieces.
  35. Well, there were cancelled orders for R2D2 in US. It usually add A LOT of significance. There is no point for LEGO Shop at Home to cancel recent orders (unless errors are involved of course)
  36. 23 Days of Christmas Day 2: More Black Friday Deliveries Here is day 2 of the 23 days of Christmas: Dolphin Cruisers Creative Towers Riddler Chases Oh my.... Furno XL target deal and a few of the Minifgure Cubes Exclusive promo from Target with superboy figure... Here is a close up of the 4 figure target Exclusives:
  37. amazing! I'm reminded that there are so many talented artist who can create awesome Lego projects. This is not a matter of whether it will gather 10000 support because that's pretty much guaranteed. It is a matter of whether TLG considers the project military themed or not. If TLG rejects this project based on military theme, I can see the car by itself being a big winner. It doesn't even have to be hydra-themed...just the classic car is a winner.
  38. Fred Meyer Finds of the Day: Lego Family House - 7 @ $38 Lego Seaside House - 10 @ $22.50 Lego At Ap - 10 @ $32 (price adjust from yesterday - extra 10$ off today) The boxes are all in excellent condition. Good day for me!
  39. I'll probably group Funhouse and Barrell Escape together..call it the "Toys R Us Immortality Bundle"
  40. Since the (expected) EOL of the TH, I would really not be surprised that TLG will stop producing SOH. It can take a long while before they will clear out stock, but with the 15% discount they can sell a few. I ordered at least one last weekend and I'm planning to buy more this weekend, of course I will check the seal codes. I really wouldn't be surprised if SOH retires within a 2 year lifespan and becoming one of the rarest large sets out there.. it's at least not hoarded. is the set really that bad? In my opinion it isn't. Ed is right about the 'weight'; this set contains a lot of large pieces. Furthermore I think they did a good job designing the building and don't forget it is a extremely difficult roof and design this building in fact has. I like the set very much, but perhaps this is because I did the road trip of my life in that beautiful country of Australia.. I really like it that almost nobody is buying this even @ a good discount. 225 euro is great in my eyes, that's almost TB retail here in Holland. Do you like Taj Mahal? or the Statue of Liberty? I don't.. but when I see now how good these sets are performing I really don't want to miss out a great landmark set. For me it's a no-brainer, it is still part of the great landmark sets. I really think this will be a big surprise for a lot of people that it will go EOL sooner than you think. Demand in the aftermarket? Everybody loves rare and exclusive sets.. the rarer, the more desirable it will become.
  41. Going off topic...the amount of hate the Ghost Train got (size, not being a 'real train', unlicensed theme, massively discounted for long periods of time, etc., etc.) went in one of my ears and out the other. I stocked up all day around the $50-55 buy in amount and couldn't be happier. Then again, I don't expect a doubling of investment months after buying and am generally conservative, but I expect the PSA to be the same. I'd bet that with a well planned buy in, you'll be pleased in eighteen months or so regardless of what folks are saying.
  42. It has been revealed! and boy is it gorgeous! More info and fotos at: http://brickset.com/article/12209 Set will most likely be a $250 set, hope it will have a big box. I like big boxes. What do you guys think of the set? Time to unload 8097 to start with
  43. Cargo truck has got a long ways to go until eol. Personally id pass on both unless you have some syw coupons you want to use. I bet these same deals will be available multiple times over the next couple years.
  44. Why do you need to call them and see what the deal is? You already know......you are a reseller and you got caught.
  45. I jumped on a deal from CL, two sets, a viking set and a star wars set for $200. I ask if set is complete, the seller says yes. The day of p/u, i get an email saying sorry cant sell it at that price...it was too cheap. i ask how much someone else offered. they say $300. I say ill take it even at that price. I go to pick it up and its a mom and her teenage son (maybe 13 or 14). everything looks good. the kid is eager to take my money. i take it home and immediately begin to discover that it is not complete and no where near complete. i immediately send an email. I get no response for a few days, and im emailing them every day with more and more parts that are missing. the mom finally emails back and says too bad..this is CL. I tell her about the representations that the set was complete, which was obviously made by her son, who should have known they were not because so many pieces were missing. the mom then offers to return $50, then $100. I say heck no, I will rather take you to small claims court so your son can learn a lesson. After days of nonsense, she finally says she will return my money. I take the sets back and she gives me my money back minus $20. She says, I didn't say I'd return all of your money! I tell her keep it, bad karma for you. I now have seen them trying to resell it on CL for a month. Now that it is listed as missing pieces, no one will touch it with a ten foot pole and the price dropped from $300 back to the original $200 last night. They wont sell it even for that price and even without me bad mouthing them on CL. Karma will get you every time. I wasted 2 hours total of driving and tons of time on email - i learned never to buy a set that is claimed to be complete on CL unless its already put together. Oh and I lost my $20 bucks.
