I don't know if here is a thread for this already, but I was looking for an answer for a certain set (70809) Lord Business Evil Lair how many of them are in a LEGO shipping box. I think this would be helpful to have a thread where people can post for each set, as the amount of items that I have received damaged is huge, usually if you buy a single set in the UK (Not Lego S&****) they send it in bubble wrap (if you're lucky) in a plastic bag, but i have found if you buy the quantity of a shipping box they usually just ship it in that box and it protects the items better. First rule of lego investing...never let what a lego store employee tells you influence your buying decisions. They don't know any more about eol than you or I do. For all you know, this store was probably sitting on a pile of pet shops and he told you that hoping to move a few of them.

I am in the same boat. I have only 6 of them, but I got them at Target for $288. I just cant pull the trigger for $500 as there is better buys methinks. (ie: CV)

FWIW about a year ago I paid $300 for them from ToysRUs during a BOGO 50% deal that lastest about 24 hours.

Last time I found a ton of info just using google on the DYMO series and learned all this on the forums. I would try that because I feel like I saw some people before saying there was a way.

I agree with you rcdb. While the collector in me will set my Mini purchase date to get the free poly, I'm not seeing a great build here. The mini-camper was much nicer.
