Target is doing 20% off any order of Legos over 1 hundy. On already marked down sets this is a phenomenal deal!!! I've been on both ends of this scenario. As a buyer. I politely pointed out the missing pieces and even quoted the bricklink cost with shipping and asked the seller how they would like to handle it. The seller refunded the amount. As a seller, I did not mind at all to locate the piece and send it 1st class.

One of the big differences is that the regular trains come with a 6 AAA battery box (http://www.brickpicker.com/bpms/set.cfm?set=88000-1) vs the kit as described comes with the LI-ION rechargeable battery box (http://www.brickpicker.com/bpms/set.cfm?set=8878-1). Hey guys, We've sold 25 Dolphin cruisers in the past four days. Our asking price was first 79.99 then 89.99. I'm posting this because if you have the opportunity to buy dolphin cruisers at a local store. (TRU, etc) then I would highly suggest you do (especially with the bogo right now at TRU). You'd be getting them somewhere around 50 bucks each at TRU. By this weekend I think it will be selling for over 100 dollars on eBay. Also Lego Reps I've talked to have said it's a "Released" item. A released item does not get restocked in stores. It may be restocked after Christmas, but indications are pointing that it also has a chance to not be. Either way its an amazing buy, even for flipping right now! Good luck!

damn local TRU didnt want to give me the BOGO after i price matched the website ... it was either one or the other ... on the other hand ... snagged these at kmart ... 7x 75016 Homing Droid for $12.93 1x 79001 Mirkwood for $15.50 1x 9471 Uruk $25.86 I think ive single handedly cleaned out Oahu Kmarts of all 9471 these past week ... wonder if theyre still more in the back?! hhmmmmm

Most Toys R US have plenty of Funhouses in stock and some have Batcave's get them cheap while you can, 10 Batcave's for $50 each and Funhouse's for $30 each, thats using that Black Friday $10 Gift card. The Batcave's will be a great money maker.

31011 Creator Aviation Adventures comes in at $36 before RED CARD discount for a 40% off, 45% with RED CARD. I really like this set. It catches my eye every time I see it. Sleeper set IMO.

Went to TRU this morning and they actually had 2013 Friends Advent Calendars on the shelves! I was shocked because I thought it was sold out everywhere. After BOGO 50%, they came out to be MSRP. Used the coupon to get the $10 gift card for spending $40. Also, Walgreens has a 25% off Lego sale this week. Everything at my Walgreens was way over MSRP, but the minifigures would be a nice discount, so I've been going back to grab a couple each time. I refuse to list all the purchases I made yesterday during CM. Mostly because I can't remember all of them, there were so many!

I think you guys are underestimating the depth and demand for discontinued Lego sets. 4842 more than doubled in a year flat selling over a thousand new and used sets on ebay alone. That's just ebay, throw in amazon, bricklink, craiqslist and other selling venues and you have a set that is right now defying any kind of bubble talk. I'm going out on limb here, if Fir Brigade discountinues this year, it will be an easy double by next year Christmas.

The only way he can get his fees back from eBay is to win an NPB case (or get you to agree to a mutual cancellation, but maybe he doesn't know that) - if I had a suspended PayPal account, the last thing I'd be worrying about is getting some fees back, but since I'm not a skanky deadbeat seller I'm not necessarily on the right track with whatever he's thinking. :-D eBay should remove the strike from your account without too much trouble, but even if not, don't worry over it - the old "three strikes and your out" on eBay are long gone, eBay hardly ever sanctions buyers for non-payment anymore, unless they rack up just ridiculous quantities of deadbeat bidding. The only harm that CAN come of it on a minor level is if you have two NPBs closed against you in the past X number (forget how many, 30 or 60 or some such) of days and a seller has that as one of their auto-block settings. But, since you're unlikely to accumulate a second strike in that time frame that is also unlikely to be any kind of issue for you.

Call ebay, they're the ones you'll need to talk to about the case. He sucks, plus you overpaid. Sounds like a perfect chance to get out of the deal.

Bricklink and complete the ship-- and buy instructions for it. Parts are plentiful and mostly cheap. How much of the castle is there? I would sell that seperate as incomplete...and bundle all the older sets in a mixed incomplete lot. If you are looking for a quick ebay payday---I see about 250- 300 there depending on exactly what is there and which figs. Or craigslist it for a deuce. There might be something I am missing on my small phone screen---but looks like $300 tops.

'sold out' !! hehe, that didn't last fast, also note that it's almost doubled in MSRP within 24 hours! Expect dramatic increases next several months and steady growth next few years, beyond that, who knows? But to end all speculation 6866 is no longer being produced by TLG and is completely out of stock on both the wholesale and retail level at most major retailers/distributors in the USA. 6866 has great eye appeal sealed as well. Looks great sealed (or not) on display with your lego variant cover comics and favorite issues such as New Mutants 98!

They're gonna need to improve the battery life a bit to get them across the Pacific Ocean to me!

Go grab ya some Wendy's $10 gift card coupons and get them for $25 each or less with Black Friday coupons stacked as well.

Divorce attorney, yes, but you will be able to buy your future new wife one helluva rock with all the profits from those fun houses! I just ordered eight more myself from a store 25 miles away. My local store is out ( just went and checked). I haven't received my emails yet, but am in no rush and don't feel like heading out tonight anyway. I will pick them up after work tomorrow, and hopefully PM some more when I get there. Now is the time to buy the funhouse, esp at $30 after bogo. There is no way lego or TRU will have any of these left to clearance if anyone is hoping for a better discount down the line. The end should be near as well.

Many people passed on the triple VIP points, hoping for a better deal on Black Friday. It never came. You told them to take advantage of the triple points and many said they would wait.

I think 40% off is a good trigger point for any set. Plus, there is no way to tell if you will see that discount again. Just think back to all those poor people who did not take advantage of triple VIP points or the sales on Modulars, HH, and others before the discontinuation of the large set discounts. Bird in hand as they say...
