I forget if that's where orders go before they move to In Process or if that's where orders go to get the banhammer. Edit: never mind. Now in Process. I am having the same thing happen today: ordered Santa's workshop at midnight which is already listed as shipped, I ordered the Sandcrawler this morning after cashing my paycheck and that one has been stuck in customer service for about 2 hours now....
