Some of the other threads we have about speculating possible sets in the future or coming up with a personal wishlist got me thinking maybe we should have one for the longest running staple in Lego of City. So simply put what would you like to see as a future City set? (Aside from less coppers. Haha.)

So 10655 - Monster Trucks was a young builders set that retired in March 2014, and had a MSRP of $20. Fairly basic little box set with Monster Trucks and a couple minifigs. Shortly after retirement, the set rose to about $40, and continued to climb peaking around $90 for the holidays. I sold a few that I had for around $70 before it peaked, but was still very pleased with the results. I notice this set has had a dramatic fall, absolutely nose diving to $30-35. I find it hard to believe that holiday selling ALONE would make this set go from 30-$90, and to my knowledge - nothing really has come out to replace it as such. The only thing close I would say is the Race Car Juni…

Hello Everyone, This is my very first post and I'm reaching out because I need a little help. I just acquired a sealed mint LEGO 1068 Air Patrol Extreme Team (1999) set and I'm trying to assess a value. I have searched everywhere. I have found plenty of used sets with no box ranging from $2 to $10, but no sets new in a factory sealed box. The only pricing information I have come across is actually on this site has an American value of $295. I have reached out to the creators of BrickPicker with no luck of a response. Can anyone confirm the value and/or have some sort of history information pertaining to this set? Rick

It doesn't really interest me but I thought I'd throw it out there. Toys-R-Us is giving away a free LEGO City Mining 4x4 (4200) with a $20 or more purchase of mining sets online only. Just browsing and came by it so I thought I would bring it up for everyone.

We all know how much people love these Police Helicopter polybags therefore here is yet another new release recently found at Target that practically looks almost the same as the last from the previous year. I'm still waiting for the Super Secret Police Enforcer polybag to show up at my Target. via The Brick Fan

This little polybag can be found on Toys R Us' website or in store for $3.49 which is pretty good especially considering it is Toys R Us after all. via The Brick Fan

Whatever agreement Toys R Us has with Lego other than permission to sell items months before the competitors must also include having a near monopoly on polybags as well because here is yet another one being sold by them in stores for $4.99. via The Brick Fan

I haven't seen an official tiny cart build in a long while. It even includes a little 'christmas tree'.

I just found this polybag at Target's seasonal candy section in a big display box on the shelf. I guess for Valentine's Day next month? Retail was $3.99 the usual.

It's usually $99 but found it for $70, debating whether or not to pick it up. A tear on the box where an old price tag was so may affect resale but would be nice to have just to build

I just noticed this one at my Walmart for $49, must have been returned or something since I don't think they carry it anymore. I'd like some input on this one, I can see how past space shuttles have done, but since this is a rocket, it should probably be treated a bit differently. It could be a dud, but it seems to me that since they don't make these very often, it should grow pretty well.

How does everyone feel about this set as a short/long term investment. It is a cool set but I am not sure how desirable it will be going forward. It was recently retired and has already begun to dry up on the retail market so I would assume secondary market prices will start to fluctuate soon. Interested to hear what you have to say.

Starting a thread for this as it seems to be done in Europe after only 4 months. Verly low seller count so it will be a hidden gem if that is true and a heads-up for the US, where it is still available.

An exclusive set from LEGOLand Theme Parks made first available sometime last year. This one slipped past me entirely. http://st.bricker.ru/images/store/thumbs/download/album2/3cd34_D7KG3NNVUAAChRU_format_jpg_name_large.jpeg
