What do you guys think about this set? It's only 1 of 2 sets I can find that are going much cheaper via retailers right now that *could* be easily flipped. It's $20 CAD ($16 USD) on sale ATM, and on Amazon.com it's $32+ USD, same on eBay. The other is 31013 - Red Thunder. 31013 is $6 though, so that one does seem like a decent long-term opportunity. Whereas 31008 is $25, and I'm not sure how that plays out historically. It's just a generic jet. Even though it's a great seller now, I can't imagine it selling for more than $50 in a few years especially because nobody would know about it. If they have another in a year or two it'll probably be just as good, but maybe that's …

I haven't started a new topic specifically asking what people thought about a certain set before but I suppose there's a first time for everything, eh? Anyway, I found a couple of this item on sale the other day and wondered what you guys think about the set itself. I must say the designs are cute in a childlike way. However I feel a little reserved because there just isn't a large quantity of certain pieces to build something great with only one set or maybe even a few. There is an interesting variety of good parts, just not many. Another thing is Creator houses typically can earn some growth but again this is a very small kid's playhouse in every sense. Still, the…

No Meijer near me to take advantage of the free shipping to store, but may work for others. Looks like an awesome build. http://www.meijer.com/s/lego-creator-aviation-adventures/_/R-270474

60014 US Coast Guard Patrol and 31012 Creator Family House, does anybody have an opinion on these two sets?

31025 - Creator Mountain Hut - 550 pcs - 1 minifig, 1 vehicle (4 wheel ATV) - MSRP US$39.99 - Available at shop.lego Jan 2104 - Nov 2015. It was available for most of 2015 on Amazon at $30, but that discount (25% off) was about as low a price as you would see on this. Sure there are always coupons and clearance finds, but I think about $30 was the low buy-in for most end users. I think this is a fun set, but not sure about being a good investment... especially with this year's (2016) arrival of the smaller and cheaper 31048 Lakeside Lodge. I got a couple of these through jet.com at a good discount, and have had them listed on Brickclassifieds a while now in the …

466 pcs, 2 minifigs, 3-in-1 build, Available from LEGO Shop at Home Jan 2015 until late 2016; currently "Sold Out" but not officially retired. RRP $39.99 (USA). Was readily available in USA most of it's life about $31 or $32... occasionally $28 or so, but hard to find for less than that. I always felt this was a boring set. I still do, but I have a few 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe and - this being second in the series - I had always planned on getting at least a couple 31036 when I could get a good deal. But that opportunity never came for me. Maybe I'll find one at some 50% off Walmart or B&N clearance someday.... but not getting my hopes up... I just don't see th…

I wish the lighting was better but it looks nice for a mid-small house that reminds me of the older Creator houses and the recent Family House to some extent.

Now this Creator set offers a lot of bang for your buck (however much that will be) between the main model of a camper to the alternates with a home then fancy yacht. Far out.
