I see that some ebay sellers are offering authentic Lego minifigures for the upcoming Mystery Mobile/Scooby Doo. Does anyone know how these sellers are getting these months ahead of "official" release date slated for August 2015? Vilma, Shaggy, Scooby, and Daphne are available. I have a set that has 5 bags - 4 bags were not opened, but the 5th bag was missing and I pieced it together from my used/good condition bricks. question is - do I sell as is as used with pictures of all the bags/instructions? or should I build it and sell it as used/built? the set is star wars troop transport 75140. Bag 1 is the used parts, but missing 2 minifugures. thanks for the comments

I can't find part numbers and can't figure out the descriptor that unlocks these pieces.

Have just got an old instore display. Believe it is from the 1980s. It is from a shop That was closed 20yrs Ago and it has benen in storage since then. Lego bult this and sent them out to retailers - believe most got destroyed, but this is in great condition. Odes anyone know anything about it, is it valuable?

I just now came across this crazy lego deal. The man tells me it's 200 for everything in the picture. Is this too good to be true? Some of these sets are 200 dollars alone! I appreciate your responses

Is there one or several recommended suppliers on Amazon that anyone recommends to keep your Lego supply pure? Or perhaps to stay away from? I am looking to keep my Logos as true as possible and was reading up earlier on how to identify the fake from the real.

I have some used sets and missing a couple parts. I looked them all up on Pick A Brick, and found 4 of the 8 parts I need. But the other 4 weren't listed. Where should I look for the others? A couple are on eBay, but with high shipping they come out to several $ per part. I need: 4506778 - top half of a grey stone from 7631 4506779 - bottom half of a grey stone from 7631 4189009 - a black construction shovel from 7631 6006514 - red hair for surfer dude from 60011 (a currently available set) Any good resources out there?

Second post so I hope I'm not repeating a question but I've searched the forums about verifying short legs with no luck. The larger legs all have the Lego logo on them but I can't find a logo on the short legs. Do they have a visible logo? Also, I've been searching the web for a data base or description on how to identify Lego pieces. There is a lot about figures in general but not specifically how to identify. I probably just missed it somewhere but I'd sure appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

I just purchased a new 4956 set from a private party. When I opened it, all bags were sealed and there was a large green plate and a couple of longer loose pieces. The weird thing is that it has two instruction manuals numbered 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. When I try to see what the original contents of the set should be, it says online that there should be three manuals. Any insights as to why this is?

I found this TIE Pilot helmet in some used stuff I bought. I thought I heard that people collect them, but is it really worth trying to sell it? Is it only marginally more value than a good one?

So I have this box or carton ? I don't know where I got it from ! But it's LEGO . And if you look at the label it says " 10294 Titanic V39 " which is the Titanic LEGO set number . I have know idea if people collect these ? Are they rare ? I would suspect the store would just throw them away !? Does it have any value ? THANKS !

In the UK, furniture retailer DFS have a “save our butts”-themed ad campaign featuring the film’s main cast. There’s a Lego DFS employee in the ad, and adverts all over the stores. Have I missed something, or is that all the tie-in is? No little exclusive set for a minimum purchase or anything like that? Hi all, I'm pretty new here and also revisiting lego (as my son is now of an age that has rekindled one of my childhood joys), so please be gentle. I'm over in NY working next week, and had been looking on the US lego website to see if there was anything that was available in the US and not in Europe. As an example 41627 (Luke Brickheadz) seems to still be available, yet is discontinued in the UK. Are there any recommendations on (smalls I have to get them home), items that I should be looking out for? And any goods stores to recommend visiting in NY ? TIA

I got the Duplo Toolo RC Dozer 2949 in a lot I bought from eBay, but it unfortunately didn't come with any instructions. I put in fresh batteries, but I can't get it to work. Do I need to sync the controller with the base? Any help would be appreciated. This looks like a lot of fun if I can get it to work.

I'm trying to replicate this MOC I saw on Instagram and I'm not sure what some of the parts are called. So I was wondering if you kind folks here could help me out?? I asked my GF for christmas if she could make me a set like this, but she didn't have much luck,she even contacted the person( He was actually rude about it to her from what she tells me) that built this set. I'm a Welding Teacher, I teach HS students during the day and College students at night, so this MOC is really right up my alley.. Hello everyone, I have seen some photos of Lego stores, not the ones owned or run by Lego, but privately owned, Toy Stores that only sell Lego products. And I am wondering if there is some sort of rule about these types of stores, I have seen posts about them in countries outside of the USA, but none in the USA. I have 5 or 6 SW FA and RO sets that are unopened that I want to return. I bought a few from Amazon, 1 from Barnes and Noble, and 1 from somewhere else I can't remember. I know that I can't return them to Amazon anymore but I thought about trying to return them to Target and just get store credit. Not sure if this acceptable, it almost seems like borderline fraud, something I am against. I am not even sure Target will take them. Any thoughts or other suggestions? I just don't have room for all these sets and have no interest in the investment side of the house, I am just a builder. Thank you in advance.
