RS-57 "Damascus" - Frontline Assault Frame - Custom #2

LowestFormOfWit

The RS-57 is a gunrunner frame, designed specifically to strike hard and strike fast.

Instead of manipulator arms, the Damascus opts instead for, simply, big friggin' guns.

On the right 'arm' sits a dual-barrel bore cannon, capable of veritably shredding an enemy at mid-range.

On the left 'arm' lies two quad-missile launchers linked together for burying an opponent at longer ranges.

Its legs were built to be highly mobile and highly adaptable. They handle most terrains with ease. Aided by the front sensor eye, the Damascus can get in, get to business, and get out before any serious retaliation even starts.

LFOW's Note:This is now up for sale, as part of my initial line of customs I'm offering to the community. Look for an updated link here soon.

Oh....my....****ing....god....

This is simply beyond awesomely brilliant! I'm laughing my butt off at the little warning label on the left side. Loving the piece usage and selection of colors. I hope it sells for a pretty penny (or two).

Man, I wish I had even a tenth of your creativity.

Thank you! The warning label was my woman's idea. It wasn't a cut out sticker, but was on a sticker sheet, so I cut it out myself.

Also, my skill at this scale has been developed and honed over the last year or so. If you check my early uploads on my Flickr, I've left my earlier, less impressive works up to remind myself how far I've come.

Everybody has to start somewhere and those earlier ones are pretty good still. Even older projects can give way to inspiration for newer ones.

One thing I have learned from builds similiar to this is the incredible flexibility and usefulness of the T bar piece. (I think that is what it is called. I'm not exactly sure. It just looks like a little gray "T".)

Pneumatic T-Piece, or just T-piece. Also, yes. I have used my past works for inspiration, or have simply improved or redone older frames using my current skill.

I actually just sold this to a gentlemen who is also commissioning a full company of frames from me. I'll be posting that stuff when it's done here as well.
