Wow, the very first LEGO baby! In a papoose though but still heck yeah. The Jewel Thief is exactly how I pictured and predicted her to be, Astronaut appears more City than Space based if that makes any sense, Laser Robot is sweet, Kendo Warrior features an array of intriguing color choices, and doth my eyes deceive me or does the Satyr feature a new mold of legs.

I think the Satyr has the same legs with toe printing.

So far so good for the kenshi ("kendo fighter") - not sure why he has two swords instead of one shinai (or two smaller shinai) but the chest print looks good from what I can see. I will have to get a pile of them to create a whole dojo. Maybe use some techniques from the Temple of Airjitsu to make a stylised Budokan building!

It may just be the lighting, angle, and dark brown color making it difficult to discern for me. Somehow when I look at the Satyr's legs then the guy next to him, the shine has rounded edges instead of the typical flat-ish square. Plus they almost seem to angle inwards around the middle to the back like a reverse joint. I would almost think it improbable for LEGO to design new legs as there would be two more parts but then again if they have plans for other usage in the near future.

Sorry for the nostalgia but um is that guy with the wings Prince Voltan from Flash Gordon?

Missing the beard but definitely the primary influence I think.

These looks fairly easy to smoosh for.  The queen, shark guy, knight and the winged creature will be the easiest to identify.

I'm guessing once an accomplished smoosher works through the first 20 bags, they'll be smooshing at a rate of 5 seconds per bag and generating an hourly revenue rate of 1 thousand bucks per hour....or something like that.  Right?  :)

If it's taking you more than 2 seconds each, you're doing it wrong.  :derisive:
