newbie77 Posted September 30, 2014 Share Posted September 30, 2014 I think since they fulfill from the B&M store that although they may have 50 of an item in stock if it exceeds the quantity that an individual store has your order will get canceled. Unless they would have to ship from multiple stores to complete an order. Perhaps extra shipping charges are for multiple store fulfillments. Oddly my order does not appear in my order history. Fingers crossed. Nice girl told me 'that order you made yesterday is all canceled because all items are out of stock, except for 2 of them which will ship'. I didn't bother asking which order or which items. Asked if they could hold the order and ship when the items became available and she said: ' No, once that lego thing hit yesterday we sold out in, like, a day'. I've already gotten shipping notes on a couple cinderella's castle's and milano's. Guessing the last order I put through on the arctic base camps will be the one left unfulfilled. Received five emails stating that all items have shipped. No request for additional shipping charges. No cancellations. No phone calls. Now to wait and see what shows up and in what condition. ravenb99 Posted October 1, 2014 Share Posted October 1, 2014 Surprisingly after my doubt and suggestion to see how much any of us actually received I wound up getting everything. The first order of 5 Cinderellas castles arrived today and the 2nd order with 10 castles, 10 carriages, and 5 Knowhere escapes was broken up into 2 orders and has been shipped. They did recharge the 2 orders seperately like was mentioned and the hold should come off the original authorization. I guess all in all got lucky but would definitely be skeptical or cautious with big orders in the future. Probably just do one item at a time in quantity of 5 or something like that. I think the putting 20+ sets on 1 order could be pushing it for there "inventory" system lol. I'll update if anything comes in wrong on the 2nd 2 shipments when they arrive. So looks like definitely a LIFO situation to me... it was only an order for 1 castle too. I'm actually more bummed about the 2 spaceships that were cancelled. 32% w/ no tax and free ship is great. Not sure we'll see that again... maybe cyber monday. My order confirmations are all dated Sunday between 927 and 941 pm. The castles were 941pm.
