Time to contact customer service (http://www.barnesandnoble.com/customerservice/contactus)

I chatted with them and they told me at first that the coupons are random. I then threatened to cancel my membership and they said that my account wasn't "linked" properly and that's why I wasn't getting them which I believe was BS since my information showed on my account. We shall see if I start getting them.
