Anyone seen the proposed concorde on ideas? this thing looks pretty sweet and would be a good complement to the "10177 boeing 787" set but better, since the plane itself was rare/awesome, had a huge impact on aviation history and is now retired. the piece count looks reasonable and may actually be feasible for lego to make one. SUPPORT! https://ideas.lego.com/projects/81418

Now that #21101 Hayabusa is out of stock and presumably retired what is everyone's thought on its future appreciation in the next 12 months, and more than a year from now?

I was looking at Cuusoo products and saw this really neat looking set, and its really high price. I have a few questions about it, and am looking foward to any input, or overview of this set. 1st question: Was this set ever released in America? 2nd question: Is there anywhere that has this set reasonably priced? 3rd question: Is this set even worth buying? The photo I put on here is the one I think that shows the most detail. I love the deep sea base.

I saw this posted on the LEGO Ideas page and thought that this would be a fantastic set! Hopefully it gets the 10,000 supporters and becomes an official LEGO set. https://ideas.lego.com/projects/1128 The guy who came up with it posted on Eurobricks, which includes an actual built version and it looks even better! http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=84461&st=0 I would buy this the instant it became available! I love that it has so many pieces (4304) because it really needs to in order to accurately portray the castle.

So the train at the end of the third movie got 10,000 votes. I recently picked up the Delorean, but haven't built it yet. I would probably pick this up too, just a cool bit of nostalgia associated with BTTF for me. http://www.thebrickfan.com/lego-cuusoo-bttf-jules-verne-train-achieves-10000-supporters/

"In the fall of 2008, CUUSOO SYSTEM and the LEGO Group teamed up to launch the LEGO CUUSOO crowdsourcing experiment. Initially, the site was only available in Japanese. But the promising results from the pilot led to the launch of the international LEGO CUUSOO beta site in the fall of 2011. Today, the LEGO Group is very happy to announce that the partnership with CUUSOO SYSTEM, has been such a success that we have decided to integrate the CUUSOO concept more closely into the LEGO experience called LEGO Ideas. We are grateful for the many years of collaboration and experimentation between our two companies and wish CUUSOO SYSTEM continued success, building CUUSOO as an ope…

I was reading this article on brickset.com earlier today and I thought that I was mention this to other members. The article is about possibly adding deadlines for Cuusoo projects. I was just wondering about other members opinions on this idea. Do you think it would work? Do you support this idea? I personally support this idea because I have seen at least 50 Cuusoo projects with less than 100 supporters. At that rate, it could possibly take decades for the project to reach 10,000 supporters.

Now this isn't my project, and I wouldn't usually post about a project (because if we did that there would be innumerable threads on here!) but this one has caught my attention! I'm not even sure how far-reaching Pingu was/is but it was definitely important in my childhood - it was a cartoon my younger siblings liked that I also, being older, could see was funny and enjoyable. Anyways, this project captures the essence of Pingu PERFECTLY! http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/49930 have a watch for a laugh: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FnErsFpi3s

http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/2372# Awesome Sauce. This vessel dwarves the Imperial Flagship, and looks killer from every angle. If you know how to post a picture instead of a lame link, please do so. There are better pictures out there, too.
