Probably not... To all INvestors and COLlectors within the BRICKPICKER community I say a big "HELLO" from South Africa. I discovered this site on one of my searches, and have really enjoyed what I see and read thus far. I'm very much an AFOL who has wandered about the 'dark ages' for far too long. I related and agreed wholeheartedly with timinchicago's article. A young son (9 weeks old) has stirred my inner strengths and desires to once more BuldIT! Plus, it gives an excellent opportunity to invest both time and money into an area of my childhood which I should never have let slip by so easily. Presently, the awakening I experience is more like a mad/crazy/posse…

Great to be apart of a community that doesn't think it's crazy that a full grown man plays with toys!

I realize I've been on this website for a short while, commenting on everything that updates and trying to be as involved in discussions as possible. However, I have never let anyone really know who this TedZeppelin guy is that's clogging up all the forums with overly enthusiastic comments. Let's start out with the more obvious stuff: my name is Teddy, and I like Led Zeppelin. Surprised? Anyway, as the title of this post denotes, I am from Massachusetts, and I live right on the border of Connecticut. As a result, I have been lucky enough to visit the LEGO offices in Enfield, and I was even able to attend a fire sale (all sets are like 90% off and there's a crap ton of …

Well hello there, Found this site in reference on "the brick show" just joined today and added a few of my sets already. When I have them in front of me I will add more. I am really a collector vs an invester. I open and build all my sets some I break down for parts I have accually never sold any of my sets. By profession I am a photographer [www.sixxshooter.com] I do a lot of Lego photography and it's available on my site in the gallery. I have yet to dive into the forums but I thought I would start with an intro. When I get home I will post up some shots I have done with Lego. Cheers.

I found this site from chatting with the creator of Brickpicker.com himself on Groovebricks.com. I like drawing Lego things, making models that can be wicked...or wierd, or just make stopmotion films with them. LEGO IS A GREAT HOBBY...THNX

Hello. My name is Jacob and am new to this site though not new to LEGOs. I've loved them since I was a kid and am now 20 years old. I really like the site and like how I am able to keep up with the latest and greatest news of LEGOs. I really like the Architecture Series and hope to complete the series soon. Awesome site! Jacob

Just wanted to introduce myself. As my screen name suggests I'm Tim and I live in Chicago. I only recently got back into LEGO as my nieces are just starting to use them and it is a great excuse for me to visit the Michigan Ave LEGO store which is only 3 short blocks away. So far I haven't met too many other AFOL's but the LEGO collecting hobby is growing I think and this Site is awesome! Keep up the good work.

Thank you to the mastermind behind this site! Seems really handy for keeping track of my stock in ways I always wanted to, but never found the time to do. I can't wait to start listing my sets and doing some damage to that total Brickfolio value!

I am new here and at that bussiness, i found it fascinate for me and learn a lot those days. Please advise, if somebody knows, since there are huge difference on prices between bricklink set and parts compare to Ebay, why so many people still buy at Ebay and pay much higher prices ? How is it, that on all online stores for instance 6858 price is arround 12.99$ and the same and new on bricklink sell on 0.95$ ? Thanks a lot ! Yuval

Hey everyone, very cool site, great idea and definitely needed. The extortion that is out there on ebay and bricklink is out of control, hopefully this will help bring people back to reality.
