After a 6+ month absence I am finally back to LEGO investing and back on the BP site. It's nice to see how well the site is doing. I just have one question. I am sure it has been asked a bunch of times but I haven't been able to find any info on it that doesn't seem outdated. How do I get my badge (collection summary) in my signature. It used to be there but with all the changes since last time I posted it doesn't show anymore. Also the setting to display it in your signature no longer exists on the "Promote Brickpicker.com" page. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Again sorry to post something so silly that I am sure has been answered before.

Just thought i would say hello as will be around a fair bit from now on.. I have recently started collecting mini figures and the odd thing i see that i like made from lego... not into this investing stuff tbh as i think toys are there to be played with and couldnt bring myself to have boxes of lego sitting about not opened or played with.... Since starting my research on mini figures it amazes me how much some are worth.... i have about 50 mini figures now from various sets ( harry potter / indiana jones etc) but ive got a thing for marvel at the minute... as well as collecting the series minifigs.. its amazingly addictive i have to admit.. …

Greetings from NC. Long time technic builder slowly starting to invest. Made my first big purchases this week. 5 monster vamp castles from the tru sale and a Unimog, VW, and Sopwith for triple points today. I even found a 75021 Republic Gunship nib on craigslist for $60! Kind of went crazy this first week, time to ease off and start reading this amazing website.

So happy to have found this site. I am a mid forty year old parent from Perth who rekindled a childhood obsession with lego thanks to my young son. Now we are knee deep in bricks and I've started collecting sets like mad for investment and to play. Have the majority of the Indiana Jones Theme, some Star Wars UCS and the odd Batman set. About to buy the Tower Bridge to build at xmas (as you do), might try and beat the Guiness Book of Records build time with my wife if she can stop telling me I am a big kid! Anyway hello to all and look forward to reading posts here, lego rocks and cheers to all the wonderful creative people here who sit sort and join bricks for e…

Attracted by this site and amazed at how informative it is. Trying to take advantage of the investment opportunities as well as to pickup some childhood memory of playing lego (and purchase set that was too expensive to buy before).

Hello, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm from Toronto and have been building Lego sets for 20 years. I am interested beginning to invest in Lego, though I will say I still have a long way to go before I start buying sets. Anyway, looking forward to learing from and sharing with the other members.

Hi all Joined the site and been lurking since early this year and making my first post. 44 year old dad of 2 young sons that walked into a Lego store for first time in March and saw a display of the SSD. WOW!!! I had no idea and I was hooked. Love the Star Wars UCS sets. Since that first visit I have purchased the the UCS X wing, 2 B Wings, General Grievous UCS, and some other smaller sets. Hello, there! I have been using the site as a price guild before I 'officially' joined it. So far I have posted some comments and just figured I haven't introduced myself yet. As we all sit in front of our computer, I figure it doesn't really matter where we are physically. Rather, it's just another node on the Internet network. Okay, enough goofing around, hello from VA, US.

Hello! I forget what site linked me to this but I am happy I found it. My name is Thomas and I am from Vancouver, Canada but I ship everything to Washington to save money. I am more interested in displaying my Lego than investing in it but the resources here are incredible, especially for a novice like myself. Of course, if I hadn't spent $1600 in the last 7 months on SNES games from my childhood, there would be more Lego money to go around. Thanks for all the information here!

Just joined - just ordered a couple of Lego advent calendars from Amazon and my interest in Lego was piqued again. I have several models in the attic from the late 60's (unboxed - mum made me throw the boxes away !!) complete with instructions etc Loved putting them together back in the day and I always looked forwards to my Granddad going on holiday as I always got a Lego model when he returned. My son wasn't really all that interested in Lego (he's 15 now) so I never really bothered with it either. However, we got him a Lego advent calendar last year and he loved it. Therefore, just ordered one each for my wife and I

Hi, I'm Jeroen (For the English speaking people, announce it as Jeroon.. ) and live in Utrecht, thats a big city in The Netherlands, and that's a small country in Europe. You know, windmills, red light district, wooden shoes, and the old prime minister looks like Harry Potter.. I was a big Lego fan from 1981 untill 1992, but then it was time to go to the high school (or what's it named) at an age of 11 and all the Lego disappeared in boxes. I had entered my dark ages.. But, back in 2008 I saw the light again and bought the Lego Beetle (10187), later the T1 Van (10220). About a year ago I found my old Lego and started te build it all! I have all the instructio…

Hi, I've already posted a few things on the Friends forum, and got a warm welcome there, but thought I'd tell more about myself here, in the appropriate place. I'm a collector. We started buying Castle and City Lego when my daughter was very small. My husband immediately became enthusiastic and I started buying Lego for him, the Imperial Flagship and Brickbeards Bounty and some Technic being for him. City theme was disappointing. Once we were putting together the Fire Station, and an actual firefighter came to our door (checking the neighborhood for fire detectors). My daughter excitedly showed him the fire engine we had just assembled. Do you know what he asked?…

Hello, Just recently started back into Legos after going to legoland with the kids. They handed out Minifigs as prizes for the halloween costumes for the kids and thats what all started it for me. Now we have a small collection but we work on it each weekend and also go out to the Lego Shop in Downtown disney. This site has given me very valuable information and I hope to become a part of the community. Thank you, Travis
