It was a promotion from Toys R Us in Hong Kong where the first 150 customers who spent more than HK$1200 on 2014 sets got one of three random polybags. Did they find a bunch of Vaders and Fetts in a box and decide to run a promotion? The new TC-4 is ok, I like the TC-14 from a couple years ago better since it was chromed. TRU opened at 09:00 am and I just just wait for 2 hours. I bought some superheroes junior sets 10672, 76010. I got one "lucky bag". We have 5 partners got the TC4 polybags.
