i was just in my Lego Store for the Holocron droid minibuild, And the manager confirmed that the B wing Will be 50% off. I don't know if the deal is online also, but he said they have 32 in store.

Awesome. Anyone wanna buy a couple and ship them international to me? lol.

It seems last time I tried to get around S@H's scandalous regional pricing by buying in US currency and shipping it to my freight forwarding company in the US they stopped the order, bummer.

I will definitely be there at least 20 minutes before they open, so I should be ok. The thing is, now I am debating whether it is worth it to get more than one of these (besides the one for me personally) even if I don't currently have it on the budget. It just seems like one of the best deals ever on a UCS set that will for sure net me some nice profits, even if I just flip some of them instantly. Besides, there is the chance to get several Han Solo Hoth that can offset some of the costs. What do you guys say??

I am gonna be there when it opens but if it becomes a mad scramble like black Friday sales them I'm out......I'm too mature to be pushing people out of the way to get my hands on a b wing. I don't have time for that garbage.

Is that something that usually happens?, this will be my first May the 4th at the LEGO store and my main objective is just to get an X-Wing for myself, but I don't really want to have to deal with that kind of thing if is something that happens every year. My LEGO store is inside Disney, so maybe that will help with the crowd control or something I hope.

Agreed, I like the 50% off, but I don't care enough to get in a heated confrontation over them. I avoid BF nowadays because of a scuffle a few years back, I was pushed pretty hard from behind by some dude, I snapped and spun around and shoulder checked the guy sending him to the ground. I'm lucky I wasn't arrested for assault. I make it a point in public though never to touch anyone I don't know and I don't like random people touching me either, at least not men.

I just came back from the free build tonight at our local store and although they would not confirm the B-Wing they did say they expected a good deal this year. I was by the stock room door (that is where they keep the Series 10 Minifigs) and they left the stock room door open. My husband nudged me and I looked to see a whole wall of B-WIngs. We'll be there when it opens no doubt!!

Pardon me if this is a dumb question, but are you talking about the b-wings being on sale when the store first opens in the morning on Saturday, or is it only during the event? My local store says "12-2 pm" for the event, but they open at 9 am. I want to make sure I get there on time, but not 3 hours early.

It says "Join us for May the 4th be with you! 12-2 pm Saturday May 4th."

The post is about the Lego store not TRU, TRU has no rumors (that I have heard) about discounts! Hope that helps!

Aha! Yes, that helps a lot. Perhaps this is the excuse I've been looking for to drive 2 hours to the Lego store in either Orlando or the one at Legoland.

I would confirm that the LegoLand is actually honoring the sale. That's technically a different company.
