The BTTF Delorean will be all the rage soon, and the Minecraft set will fade into the background. It will still ultimately have a far smaller production run than the majority of LEGO sets, so the price will go up with time. I wasn't prepared the first couple times they were released but I believe Lego LEGO Shop at Home allowed people to order 5 at a time and they went extremely fast.
