Pretty much what the title says. Sign in the Epic Games Store with an account or download the Epic Games Launcher then log in there, go down to the "Free Games" section and "get" Hogwarts Legacy. Side note, the Epic Games Store has been offering a free game every week for the past few years a while now. Around Christmas time they usually do a free game every day up to Christmas Day.
