Well, isn't this purdy.

I recently bought 10 copies of Olivia's House for $49 each with it drying up from retail stores. This is my first major set from the Friends line up to flip. How has the Friends theme been treating you guys? Are you reselling as a set or mostly parting it out? Are we seeing any significant returns on retired sets yet? If so, which ones are they? Which ones are sleeper that we should keep an eye on? Thanks for sharing!

Has anybody more pictures of the upcoming 41109 Friends Airport? I´ve just seen one on brickset.com.

Looks like DK Publishing has more Friends stuff coming out this year, following their Character Encyclopedia from last year. This 'rare' polybag is going on a year old already and was found at Walmart in March (never saw it myself) then at Toys R Us for May. Well if there is a nearby Five Below in your state, you may be able to find a bunch like I just did for $3.99 each. Your experience may vary of course but worth a shot if you dare.

For the little lady on the go, here is a carrying case made to travel for her favorite minidolls. No pricing or listing on Shop-at-Home yet but should be up eventually. It includes two black 6x16 plates.

Other than this image, number, and name, I have no idea about this polybag I came across.

Figured I would beat someone else to the punch in starting a topic for this 2015 set just cause aside from not really starting any Friends set specific topics other than polybags. ....What was my point? Oh yeah. It includes 706 parts a handful of which are light lavender I think, retails at $69.99, looks great on its own, and should complement Olivia's House rather well. I like it!

Thought we could start a thread on the latest big Friends set. Especially regarding the speculation that it will/won't do well this Xmas. I'm still undecided on this one. I had a lot of luck with the Dolphin Cruiser last Xmas, but the HL Shopping Mall is a higher price point and a much bigger box (shipping hassle!). On a related note, I noticed that Mattel just put out a shopping mall playset for Barbie...the Malibu Mall (TRU says it's their exclusive). When it rains, it pours, I guess. For a while there were a couple of cruise ships (Barbie, Hello Kitty, etc.) that came on the scene right around the time the Dolphin Cruiser came out.

Does anyone know if the Lego Friends Magazine (the one published in the UK by Immediate Media and mentioned here by Brick Fanatics) is available in the US? Or how to subscribe to the magazine? I can't seem to find it anywhere online.

Local store have couple of friends pet salon 41007 for $14. Can i flip this set easily? Is there money to be made? Quick response is appreciated, im afraid someone will buy them. Thanks.

Anyone knows if this set is going to be available again? Both Lego and Walmart (exclusive set) are sold out and S@H has it marked as retiring soon. I have been selling those like crazy (30-35$ range, bought @ 14.59), but now I'm thinking of holding on to the ones I've got left.. Any thoughts?

Going into 2014 I'm thinking that there is a pretty good chance that the Lego Friends theme looses traction due to competition by its own new princess theme-the question is, how much. Might be worthwhile thinking about whether it's worth stocking away friends sets as they retire (or not). I predict princesses will be huge though.

Seems like every other retired set from this theme has had great gains, this one sitting at $13 with prime shipping on Amazon. Any idea why this set is so much less popular? All the other ones that retired around the same time are all over $20, a couple over $30. I am kind of stumped.

Did anyone know there was a friends series on the Disney Channel??? I sure didn't until 5 minutes ago when I was guide surfing and came across it. This theme is/has been going places!!!

Hey guys, We've sold 25 Dolphin cruisers in the past four days. Our asking price was first 79.99 then 89.99. I'm posting this because if you have the opportunity to buy dolphin cruisers at a local store. (TRU, etc) then I would highly suggest you do (especially with the bogo right now at TRU). You'd be getting them somewhere around 50 bucks each at TRU. By this weekend I think it will be selling for over 100 dollars on eBay. Also Lego Reps I've talked to have said it's a "Released" item. A released item does not get restocked in stores. It may be restocked after Christmas, but indications are pointing that it also has a chance to not be. Either …
