I just joined Brick Picker and I am really glad I found this site. I have been collecting Lego for a really long time. When I get a new lego set I open it up build and put it on my shelf. I don't really play with lego. I really like lego but I mostly display, not play with it. As I was adding sets to my brickfolio I noticed that if I say that they are used the value on my sets go down. All my Lego sets are in right out of the box condition. Would my sets be considered New or Used?

Apologies - I'm new here - so at least I have an excuse if I ask anything dumb. - Since reviews are starting to become a more integrated piece of this site - is there a place to track your reviews like there is your brickfolio? I would be nice to have a user dashboard or that would include this info like it already does for brickpoints and all of the other inputted data. Not to pimp other sites, but www.dgcoursereview.com, another site I use really does a good job tracking and developing reviews for their site. Makes the whole place very user friendly and user driven. Might be a good example to follow if this is indeed going to become a bigger focus on an alread…

Is it possible to set up an autologin for the website through the forums. I always forget to login before I browse them so I have to repeat the login process each time I want to add something, can there be an autologin function added through the forum link? *edit - NVM I got it to work through my browers. Keep up the good work!

Based on all the conversations, forum posts, private messages to talk about local area deals/bargins/sales (whatever you might want to call them), we create a new Forum Category for these deals. For now I created a few individual forums for the main general areas/countries. Please create your own local areas within these forums. We will see how it all starts to pan out and then make the appropriate changes to help make sure members get the most of this useful information. Thank you Jeff

Example: I view the Eiffel Tower price guide page. http://www.brickpicker.com/bpms/set.cfm?set=10181-1 I then want to add this set to my portfolio. Can we add a link on that page that when click, the "Add to Brickfolio: 10181-1: Eiffel Tower" page opens (http://www.brickpicker.com/bpms/brickfolio_add.cfm?set=1867) why (for me) this would be great? It saves many clicks and streamlines the process of adding sets to my brickfolio. While on eBay, I always have the a set's price guide page open. If I make the purchase, I always then iimedately add it to my brickfolio. Currently (while in the Price Guide page for a set, I need to click "Brickfolio", …

I haven't been on in a while. Keeping myself busy. I came on last night looking to read some blog articles and forum posts and it's like this place has exploded with content and this site looks to be very active. I still have more new articles to read. Nice job on the reviews and stuff. Good work everyone, there is some really good information here.

I was thinking about this idea, but I'm not sure how hard this would be (maybe it's already here). With all of the Minecraft frenzy going around I thought it would be cool if users could be rewarded by giving useful information such as tip-offs to good deals. Kind of like reddit where you could up vote someone's post. Who know's what you would do with the points, but it could be some forum rep. I know right now we have the bricks next to someone's name. I think that's based on how active they are with in the forums.

Hey everyone, I just imported my brickset collection into brickpicker (thanks for allowing this feature!) but unfortunately most of my sets are used so my brickfolio information is misleading. I would like to avoid setting every set to 'used' individually, is there a way to set them all to used and I can mark the few that are still new? This would really help me out.. Thanks! --kelano

I don't mean this to be an obnoxious request, but a possible suggestion which may be implemented at some pint in the future. Would it be possible to have a comment section for each review where members can discuss the opinions put forward in the review? Also, if you gave 2-5 Brickpints per comment, members would be more motivated to read reviews and give feedback. Just something to throw onto the idea board.

Hi to any of our German speaking Brickpicker members. I am just looking for a little help with some phrases for some filters I have for sorting the data. If you don't mind, I would like to send a few your in a PM to see if it helps with our processing of this data

We tweaked the Amazon Discounts feed to show all LEGO sets that are discounted 15% OFF or More!!! There appears to be more discounting as of late and 15-20% off of a large $200 set is a worthwhile savings and should be brought to Brickpicker member's attention.

Dear Mods I dunno what has happened, but since the upgrade, my signature has changed (as you can see below) It should be this : くまくま━━━━━━ヽ( ・(ェ)・ )ノ━━━━━━ !! (the classic Japanese 'relax bear') Can you tell me what has happened? I also can't seem to find the option to edit it and change it back Regards Mike

I am not sure if this is helpful to anyone (probably just me), I created this simple page for myself a while back and it helps me get a quick look at the sets on eBay and if there are any good deals. This is nothing fancy at all. If you don't use it, no big deal. For me, I just get a quick overview and I jump through set numbers quickly to see any sets I am interested in. I also use it to see how quickly some sets might be moving each day like the Death Star or these Raptors. Raptor Escape: http://www.brickpicker.com/ebay-search/?set=75920&minprice=38 Death Star: http://www.brickpicker.com/ebay-search/?set=10188&minprice=450 You can even add a &maxprice=60…

OK, I know I am probably being thick here but I cannot work out how to change my profile picture. On the old system there was a list to choose from, this seems to have gone. but I can see that "clever" people have managed to do it. I have found the upload photo section in the "Profile Settings" section but that seems only to be able upload one of your own photos. I am sure I am missing something simple..... What am I doing wrong? PS I have also looked at the FAQs section...

Hi everyone. I am very new to all of this. I have been researching different places to start trying to sell my Legos, and by far Brickpicker and Brick Classifieds seem to be the winner I am trying to set up my store, however when I try to change my profile picture, it is just a black square. I have tried a .jpg, .png, and shrinking the image. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks!

Sorry for the long title. Basically it is not recognising that I am signed in. So it is limiting me to 3 searches then asking me to register or sign in. I sign in but it loops back to the Limit Reached screen, please sign in. This is both on the ipad and desktop so I assume it is not me..... but no-one else has posted about so it might be Obviously the forum is working because I am able to write this...
