  1. Past hour
  2. Yes, both were 3500 points each purchased in May of 2022 and 2023. I guess we'll see the Joe Hogan print repeat itself next year. Maybe they'll say it's a "Moe" Hogan print to justify.
  3. Were these 3500 points before? From Reddit: ”I just got my Star Wars 25th Anniversary poster and it’s all bent. All they did was set it on the bottom of the box. Would it kill them to put it between two sheets of cardboard? They did the same thing with my D&D printed Adventure last month, which was also mangled. These things are obviously meant to be collectible, so what’s their deal.”
  4. Today
  5. Ouch. They went from repeating sets with small tweaks to now repeating rewards? Dang, that hurts, especially since it’s numbered. Looks like the only difference is that the “VIP” logo has been removed from the new one. This is a new low for LEGO and yet, totally expected at this point.
  6. I had purchased the limited edition numbered x-wing print in May/2023, and the limited edition numbered Landspeeder print in May/2022 . Now Lego is doing another run of these? This doesn't seem right, so much for a numbered limited edition run. Almost feel like asking for my 7000 points back.
  7. Let's go! I think this one is special due to the iconic SW LEGO logo dating back to the 1999 box art. That memory is an emotional trigger. I'm giving LEGO Insider a B+ this year for the Coin and Hogan print. The only way to get to an "A" in my book would be the inclusion of a minifig.
  8. Ngl, those stretchy hands are a close second to a Minifigure.
  9. Yesterday
  10. I wonder if Star Wars malaise is hurting sales. I’m basically an OT guy and am about out of SW stuff that interests me. The Cantina will probably be my last big Lego Star Wars purchase (unless Amazon or someone clearances the UCS Falcon for $500).
  11. there needs to be a option to select, Not going to restock this is it.
  12. I went for those stretchy hands that would stick to everything especially glass of which they had a tendency to leave the weirdest of marks across the surface. Even when the "stickiness" subsided over time, they still made a nice resounding thwack. Haha. I am trying to think of a colour Lego has not made a Classic Spaceman in. Perhaps one of the azures or nougat? More Classic Space is always appreciated, and a new Castle coat of arms will be interesting.
  13. they must have printed a gazillion droid carriers. still in stock.
  14. The licensed football helmets were my favorite.
  15. That gumball machine is so rad. You guys remember those machines in the grocery stores back in the day? This time we ain't getting slime or those cheap plastic spiders though lol. This thing rewards with minifigures! Tough choice between the Castle and Space fig, but my choice is pretty obvious.
  16. I'm thinking this Joe Hogan print might have some legs. I never sell at the optimal time lol. I got $95 for the D&D booklet, but that one only seems to be going up. I see that you can buy Hogan's limited prints from Disney Art Walk online for about $80 -- but they ain't LEGO-tized. What are you guys thinking the roof may be on this print and the date range that it holds the roof before ultimately sliding down?
  17. Most recent IDEAS results are in. MINIFIGURE PRIZE MACHINE WESTERN RIVER STEAMBOAT And Luxo Jr. requires further review:
  18. Huge update. If less than 20 units sold in last 7 days no fees....
  19. I agree. Such a whimsical set. Needs a children's book to go with it.
  20. I love this Mushroom House at $90. It'll be perfect for the little acorn guy from series 22 and mushroom girl from series 25.
  21. thanks this helps and yes if it is still around and they discount end of year 40% look out for it flying out the door : ) I am such a NASA fan I'll be getting it regardless but since no special GWP not at first The LOTR I'll buy with the promo and keep both. Probably skip Airjitsu unless it is made to go in with City, Docks, Garden and Market. X Men I'll probably skip but I want. Jabba's Sail Barge is a yes and Notre Dame is a yes. Don't forget the Castle Mountain Fortress whatever it is called that will ship as well soon. Definitely can't afford it all so will need to spread it out over a couple of years unless they have special GWP's. Hopefully they tone the pace down a bit ..... Good times : )
  22. I didn’t order any Cantina today it is still hard for me to buy these Price increase sets at full MSRP even with the points and GWP when you could have easily just bought it outright for $315. I am going to wait on the reviews on the Artemis as it looks like more tower less rocket and the build might be tedious if not just repetitive. The amount of expensive sets still to come is once again ridiculous. The LOTR GWP if exclusive to the set should help offset the price. Don't forget Jabba’s Sail Barge will most like be a must have, X Mansion, Airjitsu remake on steroids, Notre Dame, and many more. Maybe we will get lucky and they will do 30% off on the Cantina limit 5 on CM like they did with the UCS Gunship.
  23. Wife gave the green light. The Cantina would have been a "day one" purchase but I actually built a decent little MOC a few years back. Of course I've wanted the real deal since hearing about it retiring this year. I'll probably convert the existing MOC into another Mos Eisley building. With the system build Falcon coming maybe I'll construct a hangar bay.
