Got 1 Transylvania everything went smooth until payment, got the spinning circle so ended up using Apple Pay on my iPhone and it went through instantly.

I am back and forth on Tortuga and Transylvania, Tortuga fits more of my Pirates love, so leaning that way. Mushroom Village for sure to match the Mushroom House. Not a huge fan of the Antique shop for that price, on the fence about the Popcorn wagon.

Anyone have the early direct link for the Transylvania set?

Thank you for sharing so they can be properly blocked for others. My scammer rate on eBay is very low (<.002%), but in those instances I know they'll 100% stand with the buyer while I pay the return shipping and get stuck with something in far different condition than I shipped.

I may get off the platform.Ebay always sides with the buyer.When one scammer goes down another pops up.It is too easy to buy anything be able to keep it and get your money back.Its a great shopping site.The buyer ash_245613

I can't understand how ebay gets away with turning a blind eye to obvious problems within their platform. Just the fact alone that you have proof of sale to an LA address, but yet the return is coming from another location across the country should be enough to defend a seller. @tasiatunes can you please share the buyer so I can block them? I know there's a lot out there, but every blocked one helps.

I really am posting this for other sellers to be aware.I have seen posts of if it signed for its not your problem, once its delivered your covered, do not accept returns, photo and video everything, the weight is different returned than it was when sold.In this instance the Lego returned is being shipped from Minnesota not California where it was delivered.So no matter what you do the seller loses most of the time.It just frustrating as seller to have to deal with the scammers.But just move on.I will post pictures of the returned item.

Thanks for that advice.Does using "issue with buyers address" work? If it does I will use that in the future.If I canceled the order any other way Ebay would still charge me a final value fee in this case over $150. I sold this as buy now not as an auction. I will never sell on Amazon.

One more thing as a 25 year lifelong ebay seller who sells many things besides lego....If at all possible do buy it now/best offer auctions....If someone with 0 or very low (And in your case suspicious) feedback sends you an offer and if you don't feel comfortable dealing with that person you can just decline the offer and block if so desired...Running things auction style almost anyone can bid and buy your auctions regardless of their feedback And if someone uses buy it now and pays for the item if you ever want to cancel a sale always choose the option "Issue With Buyers Shipping Address"....That's always been my go to for when dealing with someone whom i don't want to deal with....And of course blocking them afterwards Just my 2 cents....Carry on everyone and have a great weekend

What @Bold-Arrow said. Just use this as a lesson for next time. If the buyer is suspicious, then just cancel the order and block. Better to lose $100 in fees vs $700+item. And if you think eBay is bad, do yourself a favor and never sell on Amazon
