why would business buy lego? we should make a walmart thread unless DD is truly dead
-
Spoke at length, easy investing when they recruit you, but returns and fraud exposure are pretty bad. If you have a lot of listings that were nuked by Amazon, you can command higher prices. Sent from my SM-S911U using Tapatalk

I don’t think you really need to worry about that. Amazon knows that there are no legitimate distributors of Lego as per their policy. but yes , anything you submit to Amazon is there forever. I know ppl getting caught submitting the same invoice that they submitted years ago and just changed the date on it
-
Thanks! My main concern isnt Amazon turning me down. Rather questioning my ungating status if my receipt shows Walmart. In general, all submitted invoices are part of your permanent record. Anytime amazon wants to conduct a wave of new gating they can look at the body of your submissions. Not sure if this thought process is paranoia or smart

Yes, they usually do . They only reimburse cost now

What does everyone do for FBA discrepancy when purchased through retail? Has anyone successfully used Walmart and Target receipts for reimbursement?

July 2026 Retirement
redcell replied to Brickboy74's topic in LEGO Set Retirement / End of Life (EOL)
I'd say that there is a close to 100% chance that everything tagged as retiring on 7/13/26 is going to retire at this point. Although LEGO has made late changes to their retirement dates in the past, I can't recall them ever changing dates this close to the retirement date. That being said, there is a high likelihood that many of those sets will continue to be available at retail for months to come. It's not like in the old days when stock routinely started drying up before the retirement date arrived. - Yesterday

Hey all. I see there are over 100 sets scheduled to retire on July 31st of 2026 according to Brick Tap. Do people think this will really happen or will LEGO shift a large amount of these sets to 12/31/2026? I’ve only been doing this for a few years and have never seen such a large amount of sets scheduled for mid-year retirement…. Just looking for opinions and ideas from someone who knows more than me. Thanks!

Just for archive purposes - These were the sets for Jurassic World Rebirth wave. Overall the sets are decent, although after watching the movie, it would have made more sense to have a mososaurus and spinosaurus combined into the big set. And some of the vehicles werent really needed in these sets, as there was only one vehicle in the entire movie on that island. But overall the sets all reference parts of the movie, but dont coincide with the correct scenes. I feel they are all good regardless, and if you get all of the sets you will pretty much have all the main dinos and all the most important characters in the movie, plus a couple dioramas from the film. The only thing i hope for next year is one more set. They need to make a 199.99 set with the abandoned ingen containment facility that also comes with a Distortus Rex and a Mutodon. I feel these Rebirth sets arent complete until theres a set with those 2 creatures. Im suprised neither of those 2 were in any set, to be honest.

And they probably had a lot of data on the double dips with price matches paired with circle discounts. Sent from my SM-S911U using Tapatalk

Here is a modest redesign of the former 75151 Turbo Tank from 2016 for a more accurate & cheaper alternative to the current option sans the minifigures. While here, dude goes power mostly maximum.

Ha! You may question my choice of music but not my variety. The local Performing Arts Center just put tickets for the coming year on sale. The ones that I picked: Cheap Trick, The Commodores, Marshall Tucker Band, Wayne Newton and The Atlanta Pops Orchestra. I also picked up Geoff Tate tickets at a different venue. it was an expensive week! I'm more of a Black Sabbath fan than Ozzy but I mourn his loss.
