I doubt Lego will take you to court . Just scare tactics

Received another notice, this one was two weeks after the last. VORYS must have stock in FedEx. Do these notices ever stop? Can anyone that has had a run in with VORYS in the past and continued to sell LEGO speak to this?

Since GWPs can't be listed on Amazon anymore, the resale appeal has gone way down. I used to buy a lot of sets just to get cool GWPs to sell and offset some of the cost, but not any more. It will be interesting to see just how big of an effect this has on the future of GWPs.

If it's a 1 and done like Books Are My Passion it will be great....It was a low threshold at $120-$130 if i remember correctly and boy has it done wonders The long availability window and possible rerelease has me wondering if it's worth it as well

Exactly my thoughts as well. To me it's definitely tier 1 level GWP However, the long availability window and the relatively low threshold and the oncoming Q4 promotions with likely repeat availability has me steering away. Otherwise, this is $60-$80 Walmart/Amazon potential if one and done and sells out

Awesome! My Thieves set is still processing for some reason, but my Popcorn Cart and Mushroom Village have shipped. Is Lego only using Ontrac for sets less than $100?

This is live now on lego.com for a 2 week window (and was live for a bit on shopDisney). I'm thinking there might be a high inventory of this available and the race to the bottom could be quick? I actually want to get multiples because I like this set so I'm thinking maybe wait for direct purchase vs gwp?

I haven't used USPS for a year.

How do they get away with raising prices AND causing significant delays at the same time? Over the past week or two I've experienced multiple extensive USPS delays both sending and receiving packages through USPS, but yet everyone is paying them more money. It's so frustrating that there is no accountability. Shouldn't those increase in rates go towards more staffing and at least maintaining level of service?
