  1. Past hour
  2. I told myself I would stop buying, but looks like I am still a QFLL Easy $20 is easy $20
  3. Here is an example: Amazon quoted $13 for shipping the box as per the dimensions & weight I entered. TWO WEEKS later, Fedex decided my package should have been 2 lbs instead of 32 oz (LOL !!!! ) and charged me additional $3
  4. Today
  5. I rarely flip as I am too lazy but this has $20/set roi written all over it. I was only able to ship 3 and local pickup 2. When I first started, it allowed for 10 shipping but I committed the cardinal sin of sending an email to a friend about it before purchasing myself.
  6. I looked at Target, but my search must have sucked. It's available at DisneyStore too.
  7. Target shows it at full price. Retires end of next year.
  8. *Poof* Was able to get 5. many thanks.
  9. Is this not on Amazon? Was it an exclusive?
  10. Quite possible it's regional. Still available for me for delivery or pickup.
  11. OOS on checkout
  12. LEGO Miles Morales Mask - Walmart - $28.24 (60% off) https://www.walmart.com/ip/LEGO-Super-Heroes-Marvel-76329/13986563795
  13. with fedex you can not go by the size that is printed on the box, You need to add one inch to every side, 19*12*3 make it 20*13*4 they use lasers to scan boxes so if any side gets pinched while in transit, Your going to get dinged
  14. exactly my point .you entered the correct dimensions but they anyway charged you more later on. I don't understand how that is legal to advertise a service for one price and then just take more money then that
  15. My Fedex extra charges were filed in relation to order numbers. They would put "wrong measurements" as reason. On "actual measurements" they would put the EXACT SAME weight and box measurements that I used to purchase the postage from Amazon. I have not used Fedex since I found out, even when they were more than $5 cheaper. The charges I mentioned above were not related to any order and with 0 explanation. They just showed up as "Other charges"
  16. Yep, I have a ticket opened for more than a week asking them about those charges (although my total amount is pretty low). Not getting my hopes up though
  17. during december fedex ground economy long distance was very cheap. it was cheaper for me to ship coast to coast then the next state over. I then received a 600 dollar other charge from fedex on my account in january . the break down was all from fedex shipments although amazon has no idea why i was charged the extra money for those shipments.(it cannot be dimensions was wrong as i entered everything correctly) I have a case open for 6 months that once a week i receive a email that we are working on it .When i push them that it's been months i get a canned we are working on it response. I think the ai messed up the long distance pricing and they are trying to recoup the mistake. That is wrong because they should be required to honor what they posted, particularly since i would have used ups if not for the fact that fedex was so much cheaper. Its insane that amazon can just take your money with no explanation
  18. Yesterday
  19. I got a deal from a local non-LEGO store, so no points for me. Coveted Wanted that set since it came out, just beautful. Thank you sir!
  20. Great set! You should have earned 3,250 points if you bought it from Lego. 3000 points is around $24
  21. I've only bought a few sets over the last several years, just picked up Rivendell. What does 3000 points equate to ($) for Lego now?
  22. You can make a deal with someone to use their points and then they give you the code to use on your order. ETA: I think these were available before so check BL but it is down now for the integration
  23. Been away for a long while...and speaking of posters... Is there anyway to buy the Halloween posters that are currently up as a rewards item? https://www.lego.com/en-us/reward/nightmare-poster-collection-smsvx8b5kj I need these...no points. Anyone have any for sale? Any thoughts? I will not be getting 3000 points anytime soon...
  24. This “other charge” BS happened to me in January for around $250. After following up with Amazon no less than 5 times they finally told me that it was an aggregation of FedEx shipping charge adjustments. I sell FBM and usually buy shipping via seller central. I try not to use FedEx based on this and other past experiences. Not sure if it’s Amazon or FedEx that I should be frustrated. Amazon’s lack of transparency and dismissive attitude regarding basic fee transparency is shocking.
  25. I believe most people are finding that these charges are shipping related. I think they are reporting it's additional charges from dimensional weight charged by FedEx.
  26. Just a heads up. Not Lego specific. Multiple sellers have been posting "Other charges" deducted from amazon payments account (anywhere from S50-S1000) with no explanation as to what the "other" is. They took $594 from my account today. No outstanding a-z, chargeback etc Please check your payments account.
  27. I noticed that they'd pulled the current lowest FBM price on Titanic, for whatever reason. The FBA listed at $829.99 doesn't even show up in the buy box right now (for me at least). Woot's owned by Amazon now, so I'm guessing a lot of these "reference prices" (as they call them) are pulled automatically. I noticed some of the sets showed less than MSRP as the "reference price". When you hover over "reference price" it says: "Price provided by our vendor OR a Strike-Through Price from Amazon BUT may not be the prevailing market price or regular retail price." Annoying.
  28. Most sets were under 20% off MSRP when I looked this morning. They had Titanic MSRP $1K so I guess they went with highest FBA ever. I broke and got the Ferrari SP3 for $360, only 10% off initial MSRP prior to the price hike, to finally complete my 1:8 collection.
