  2. Starting a BrickLink store is a ton of tedious work. But its work that I enjoy. If you have ever worked in a parts house, like a NAPA store, it's really no different. You won't see many customers at all until you hit at least 50,000 parts. At 75,000-80,000, things will probably pick up even more, depending on your store. There are three ways to go. If you have access to a parts distributor, you might specialize in having a ton of well-used parts, such as having at least a few hundred of most colors of 2x4 bricks or a heavy concentration of minifigs. The second way is to try to have the widest possible selection, even if that means having only one or two of each piece. Personally, I do the third thing which lies somewhere between the other two. There are many parts in which I have 100s of and I try to have a wide selection of parts but it is all give and take. There are a ton of other things to share but I will offer this: Find the space that you think that you will need. multiply that by 10x and you MIGHT have the space that you will eventually need. There are many YT videos to watch to get you started but, honestly, those are starting to look dated. You might try this one to get started:
  3. It's not really appropriate to talk about parting out here. Let's take it to: https://www.brickpicker.com/forums/topic/13646-bricklinkbrickowl-discussion-questions-answers
  4. Ages 6+. Start them young so they can claw their own plushies when they are 8+
  5. Yesterday
  6. If it makes you feel any better, I recall someone getting an empty envelope with only the packing slip inside from TRU back in the day.
  7. Those Geoffrey Toybox claw machines have crushed many ewok forces and rebel scum so not a total loss. (In all serious, that's a bummer, sorry)
  8. Just got my order from Macy's sale on Sunday when I ordered the UCS AT-ST. Unfortunately this is what was inside my box. They issued me a refund and told me I have to return the item. Now I am out an AT-ST, time, effort and gas money driving to the store to return.
  9. Must have been a temp glitch. Just reloaded my bag and it is back now.
  10. Speaking of part out, I have been intrigued with part outs. Kind of bored just selling sets (as you know selling sets is kind of stalled lately). I would like to start doing part out for fun (not really aim for money, at least at the moment) since I have a lot of spare times. I would like to learn more on this topic. Not sure if there is already a section dedicated for this in this forum. I believe a lot of gurus here (I'm assuming you @raindog 😀). The only thing I know make sure the BL part out values of sets are at least 3x to be profitable.
  11. Need more rat(s) This was most likely part of the modular. It was kind of odd to have 2 kids in marching band outfits. This parade car kindof makes sense
  12. Here is a playlist for an unofficial English fandub of the Transformers Headmasters series presently up to episode 10 (out of 35) just uploaded a few days ago.
  13. FYI, just checked, its now Micro NINJAGO City Markets...still a 3-for-1 GWP deal.
  14. I had the ninjago gwp in my cart 10 minutes ago and just went to place my order. Now it is gone wtf
  15. Last week
  16. Hoping Ninjago got canceled
  17. Man, ordered around 3am est and forgot rak
  18. Good morning and thanks. You could get 4 X Arcade Machines but I went with Emerald City Wall Art, another set off my wishlist and look at the BL part out value.
  19. At LEGO LEGO Shop at Home, spend $150 and get the Micro Ninjago City set, a Maze gwp set and the Winter Gazebo. Rakuten still at 15%. Good luck finding something in stock that you want to buy. Ghost/ Phantom still in stock. I can't believe that we didn't see a sale on it.
  20. Triple stack GWPs and 15% Rak right now
  21. Gazebo GWP drops tonight with $130 spend...plus Rakuten still doing 15%. Who knows, the Micro NINJAGO City Gardens GWP added today might stick around for a double-stack.
  22. I should have known better but a word of caution for those newer to LEGO buying and selling. This time of year when stock dwindles it gets very appealing to pickup scraps still on Barnes and Noble, but today another package arrived shipped from some random store, a $200+ set with a hole on it and taped back box from them having the contents pulled from it and put back in and they sell it as sealed. Fortunately this time they still had the set at my local Barnes, though damaged, was still sealed. Took some convincing but was able to replace, in the past not so fortunate and they re online fraud department always looks at you like you are trying to swindle them and make you take pictures and it’s a pain in the bottom. With Barnes added shipping fee for large lego sets I am giving my member ship a break from there for the time being.
  23. A quick read if you need a break, the replies are hilarious 🤣 https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/333d575c-8a12-4d41-bda0-a54a4d4eee77?ref=forums_sc_homepage_ml_333d575c-8a12-4d41-bda0-a54a4d4eee77&communicationDeliveryId=e8c559cb-4e0b-44be-b112-bd64b63f9346
