They make you go through hoops, but yes, I've had success after showing evidence. I haven't tried since they implemented their new bogus and arbitrary reimbursement calculations. While on topic, I just received reimbursement notifications for two sets they damaged in warehouse - got $9 for a $20 RRP set (selling for $38/FBA) and $12 for a $25 RRP set (selling for $48/FBA). Only 30% below my cost. Thanks, guys!
