Yes, I'm at 3.3% returns this year compared to 1.1% the year prior, the latest being today (60% this year were no longer needed/better price available...40% were made up damaged/defective claims). Part of that is how easy Amazon has made it to return something. Even with "better price available or no longer needed", the customer still gets a prepaid return label and then probably isn't aware that I can charge that back (as well as the outbound label, depending on the reason), so they ship it back thinking they are off the hook. Has anyone come up with good messaging for the returns settings or store policies, that informs customers that they will be charged back for S/H depending on the reason -- without steering them to change the reason to a seller fault option? Another reason is that customers are just getting dumber and lazier. They couldn't bother to do any research, so they bought from me for 10% more than some store that has a 50% rating, with a ton of "set was opened" feedback and somehow still is active. Cool, enjoy buying from them for cheaper.

Multiple transactions up to $250 CB per account. I am hoping it is still in effect when the Enterprise is available that will be great to get $80 CB. There is a total CB for the program across all accounts that once reached the promotion will end.

So, I got the email confirmation for my Lion Knights Castle at 12:03. It eventually got canceled because I guess they didn't have enough stock to last 3 minutes into the sale. Silver lining though, I just got an email that the 2 gift with purchases just shipped by themselves without the castle for $0 charge.

No. They sell cheaper on BrickLink than BAM. I mostly purchased minifig parts like 200 EMT torsos, 250 elf torsos, 100 elf hats, etc. Most of what I purchased came off the discount list that I posted above. I did get 600 of the nougat 1x4 masonry bricks at $.09 ea and 500 1x4 tiles in nougat for $.06 per, so if anyone is building something in nougat, I'm your guy. So I went ahead and chatted with amazon rep. $72 refund. seems like they dont analyze these claims too much. But still I will reserve this only for blatant scam returns.

Maybe I should, but I dont mind so much if the set comes back in pieces without box. I'll just give them to my nephews and write it off. But something about getting scammed really annoys me, and then I reach out to amazon. I'm too lazy to inventory, was hoping someone could visually ID if they were familiar.

OK, I'll show either my age or ignorance here. I can't recall seeing a LEGO pigeon and the only other pigeon that I know of is a person that someone is about to fleece. I did get some seagulls.
