I was wondering what the average value of this set would be given its condition it’s missing the u joints, gear racks and differential carrier pieces but is other wise complete, a handful of the bags are still sealed, the box itself is in good shape with the organizers but has some peeling and tape on it

IRL Krust takes up maybe 1/3 of the sign. Lego version he is 50%. Proportions make it look cartoonish, ironically.

From what I see, There is a lot wrong. Window placements, door placements, vent placements. And those studs on top suck. This is lazy. Also, No Apu? Yeah, yeah. I know. But seriously. It's like not getting Mo with the Tavern.

The way the sign is constructed makes it look like Krusty has a target on his forehead 😂

The building looks smallish, but I'll take it. More disappointed in the GWP. Would've been nice to get a minifigure or two with that living room.

I'm done with Rakuten! They can french kiss my ass! I recently purchased 4-18TB hard drives from Western Digital with 15% Rakuten rebate showing. They insist that I am ineligible. That's over $170 in rebates! Over the last two years, I have fought and fought with them to get my LEGO cash-back. I guess that they got tired and started disallowing everything. They can do their market research without me. If they can't pay then they don't get the info.

It's been like this for a long time, I wait for it to come back which can takes 6 months plus. Sometimes though the Euro listing takes over then its better to send in on that listing

im seeing this increasingly for recently retired sets but not across the board. Jazz Quartet, Typewriter, batcave and others are doing fine

to me it looks like for most of the recently retired items that anything over msrp will not get the featured offer. If that is true it will be nail in the coffin of lucrative lego reselling

Amazon keeps sending surveys to prove their pricing bots did NOT cause the lost of Feature Offers. At least the wording in this survey is consistent with what they sent out to all sellers about "supporting" tariff changes (upthread). In point #4. sellers can change any prices they want, but Amazon control the Feature Offer with iron grips.
