Just got this. Anyone get anything like this? I assume it would lead to a product condition violation. I wonder if it's best to ignore? I dont have any stock left in any case. Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon, This is to inform you that for the ASIN.......... we have identified item/parts missing issues based on the following customer comments: Parts are missing As we do not have any active/sellable inventory and this is a repeated occurrence that the ASIN has had a customer feedback issue, we will require: -An Appeal that addresses the customer issue as you may ship new units to our Fulfillment Center. An Appeal should include any of the following: - Product test reports from your warehouse -Please share the product’s User Manual (PDF Version, less than 10 MB) or other documents (Trouble shooting steps, Specs sheet or video) that can be updated on amazon website for customers’ reference. -Confirm if there were any updates made to the product recently, if yes, please provide the details and updated documents (manual, instructional videos, etc.) A successful appeal will always be directly related to the root cause of the customer reported issue and may include but is not limited to: • Listing detail page updates • Product design changes • Improved instruction manuals • Inventory removal orders To send us your appeal, please reply to this case within Seller Central. This case will remain open for 48 hours while we await your response. Thank you for selling with Amazon,

Keep track of your stuff when Amazon says they are sending it back. Since they deactivated listings, instead of shipping back to my warehouse, they have been randomly sending things to an old shipping address that has not been active for years. Amazon said not to worry, because that old address is not in their system 🙄

Since Amazon ships everything in a bag now, Safe to say they don't expect it to look good anyway

Now Amazon getting rid of the "Collectible" condition, so it won't be possible to mention that a brand new, sealed set has a slightly damaged box. Great job, Amazon! I don't get many sales on Amazon...usually a few orders a week during off-peak. But my last order was two weeks ago. It's been so slow, I've logged in a few times to make sure my email notifications were still working.

Because they are run by people who think selling a UCS stack of dioramas for $1000 is a great idea

Recommended YouTube LEGO channels, blogs, websites, etc
TheOrcKing replied to ponderingzissou's topic in Building LEGO
I have been noticing this Ktown Bricks from a number of LEGO YouTubers being mentioned. Uses official parts with custom pad printing. Their stained-glass windows and potions series are really nice. Very little on their YouTube channel but a few of the shorts show some of the pad printing process. -
I get that Amazon wants the cheapest prices possible to bring in customers. Walmart does the same thing with its sellers. What I dont get is why Amazon and Lego are working so hard to squeeze out sellers. If all resellers just stopped buying Lego for resale the hit would be noticeable.
-
I bet it's a slice.
-
UCS SSD not sure if it is the full ship or just a slice 🤣
-
Very true. Add to that this fair price policy is destroying whatever little margins available. Not specific to Lego but amazon wants pricing to be $149.99 for a $199 retail item. This fair pricing is getting ridiculous.
-
I'd be thrilled with 1-2 years tbh. It seems like even the next 1-2 days are hard to predict with Amazon.
-
Interesting. With so many changes in Amazon (self inflicted or externally driven), the next 1-2 years will be very hard to predict 🤷♂️

Even though the court decision specified fulfilled by amazon- knowing them they will roll it out to FBM too just to make FBM sellers also miserable.
-
I think it may stem from this court decision ... https://www.duanemorris.com/alerts/consumer_product_safety_commission_finds_amazon_liable_fulfilled_amazon_products_0824.html If there's any hope for selling Lego on Amazon it might rest with FBM

It took 13 years and I just had my first casualty to the "brittle brown" epidemic of 2012-2017. Poor Bard the Bowman. I was organizing my minifigures, nudged his right leg, and it snapped right off going flying. I managed to save his legs, main torso, head, hair, & hands. However, the arms and waistline piece are dust in the wind. I took a handheld power drill with the smallest drill bit I had and slowly ground down the peg extending from the hip's middle part (circular disk area between the legs, the "groin" I suppose) into the leg piece itself still stuck until said peg crumbled. (Repeated for the other leg because that snapped off too.) I decided to drill out the stiff arms as well instead of waiting for either of those to do the same as what the legs did and/or crack the torso. There is a little bump at the end of the arm piece resting inside the torso, I started with drilling that bit down until it fell apart which loosened the rest of the arm to pop off mostly. The external section of the arm broke off while leaving some "armpit" in the hole. Once again, carefully drilled until that crumbled. Walked away with a couple abrasions on the inside of the legs facing the "groin" area (of which only really show up under a light) and no cracks on the torso anywhere. Not sure what to do next. I may very lightly smooth down the inner surface area of the legs and arms to reduce any possible grinding should I replace the hip & arm parts. Ol' Bard will be missing his hip printing and have little in the way of pose ability but compared to the worst-case scenario, I think he will be alright. Well, mostly. ....And now onto my army of fourteen Uruk-Hai. Nothing broken or cracked there, only stiff thank goodness. I just have a bunch of bodies missing their heads & hands in a drawer. ....Well, that last sentence sounded wrong. Anywho. I was thinking of picking up some plain dark red torsos from LEGO's pick a brick (if they ever get any in that is) or use some other dark red torsos. I mean, the Uruk-Hai minifigures are going to be wearing chest armor therefore any printing will simply be covered anyhow. Not sure about the legs; perhaps something dark brown. At the moment I am using a couple of the Hun Warrior minifigure as a new body. (Dark red torso with nice leggings that actually kind of work for the ork.) I am curious what other leg prints could work. So that's what I have been up to. General organizing, building some armies, and.... stuff.
