If you have a Lego receipt upload it. I bet it works I did it on a couple

Yeah. I saw that. This is asinine and all, but what I really wanna know is how are these still live on other Amazon pages? If sales are not allowed because of IP policy violations, is Amazon guilty of allowing intellectual property infringement on its other websites? Seriously, how can these two things be mutually true? Either it is not an IP violation and needs to be reversed or Amazon is guilty of allowing it on its other pages. When I asked this question to the random Indian support person, I was thanked for contacting them and the conversation terminated.

Anyone able to find 40493 - Spider & Haunted House on Amazon? I have a few to sell, but I'm not seeing a listing for it. It's been a while since I've tried to add a set; are we peasants still able to do so (in case it is indeed does not have a listing)?

Hmm, I can totally see Di$ney demanding more money for using the name (ie. the name is a separate license). Perhaps the set would have cost $399.99 had it been called the Black Pearl.

It’s crazy but there is zero mention of The Black Pearl in the manual, except in the use of movie’s name. That’s it. It does look like LEGO/Disney went to great lengths to avoid calling it The Black Pearl. When I spoke to the lead designer Mike Psiaki, he dodged the question, stating that it was an internal LEGO/Disney decision on why to name the set as such, which is frustrating for anyone looking for answers. I’m not entirely convinced that it was Disney’s decision to block the use of The Black Pearl, as they’ve licensed products out like bags to Loungefly (another Disney IP partner), who have a recent bag called The Black Pearl, so who knows what the real story is. ETA: Mike P is the designer of Rivendell, Lion Knights Castle, Titanic and more.

Curious, why did LEGO not call this the Black Pearl ???

$299.99 would've been fine.....$379.99 is ridiculous

I am doing only FBM at the moment, but I was consistently getting the buy box with several FBM items until Amazon removed my eligibility for Featured Offer. I'll probably try FBA again to see if that restores eligibility.
-
I'm excited for it, but agree with some of the reviewers that the price seems off.

Even FBA items?

I’m still eligible . Most of the time it is just temporary

Amazon completely removed my Featured Offer eligibility, so I'm not eligible to even be considered for the buy box at all. I am guessing this might be related to all the ASIN creation policy violations that Amazon recently sent out. I contacted Amazon Seller Support, but they aren't helpful; they say they can't tell me what factors have caused me to become ineligible. Is this happening to anyone else or just lucky little me? This has been devastating to my sales. I've sold four items in the past two weeks, which is an unprecedented low.
