    Nice! I only started investing last October or so, and have only attempted to sell the Zombie Car polybags. Figure I'm going to wait til Christmas to sell some of my stock. Have a few MAERSK trains ready to go!

    I'll count the full retail purchase price as the real cost. If I apply the VIP points later to another purchase, I'll take the discount off the purchase price of the item I used the VIP points on. This; completely agreed.

    Definitely wasn't my intention when I posted. But hey, it's there, it will likely give me a good discount on a good set (I have my eyes on the Haunted House), so i'm pretty excited since i ordered 9 B-Wings.

    What do you guys think about potential on parting out the set and selling the mini-figures as is, along with the parts seperately?

    I definitely thought the first two were much better. I'd say this one was average at best, but well worth my $6 matinee price!

    Went to my local Wal-Mart and found a few Helms Deep sets marked down to $89.00; I grabbed the nice ones, but noticed one had the thick two-inch tape around the middle. I checked the seals, they didn't look tampered with at all, and the box didnt seem like it was missing anything, but it was still concerning. Was wondering if it would still be worth picking up at $89?

    Sorry for my noob question, but when people "part out" sets, are you talking about minifigures only, or bricks as well? so for example, lets say i buy 5 of the same set, and have only 5 different bricks in each set. Would parting out consist of selling a lot of each different brick?

    That's awesome. I road-tripped America last year for 75 days and hit up about 15 NP's on my way. Also went to see a game in all 30 MLB Stadiums. I grew a new appreciation for NPs.
