I agree, all he has proved is that there are a limited number of "valued customers" out there who apparently don´t know that Amazon Uk / Asda or Tesco exist and are happy to contribute to the @TabbyBoy pension scheme instead.

By the way, if you want to participate in a little investment prediction game based on RRP, send me a PM and I´ll give you details. Only 4 places left. Free-to-play and no prizes as it is a beta test.

Sometimes I come across an affluent parent who will pay RRP to get the item now.

I now need to sell the effluent to the affluent - the R5!

11x 10240 Red 5 X-Wing for £2000 cash - they are disappearing fast. No more PMs please as I only have enough now for the BP members who've asked me for some - sorry.

You just watch the bar stewards reach £300 next week! ;-(

So it looks like I'll make just enough on the pallet of Red 5 X-Wings to pay for lunch on the way back from the warehouse! At least it's not a loss as first feared.

Not bad for a CITY set. £15ish after tax? I've also got a few of those Supply Planes that I keep meaning to sell, I'll stick them on this week.

Yeah... I hold the Pet Shops for 2 years, and sell them at break-even, and I'm grateful... thankful that I found buyers who will take them at that price.  Sell a couple Arkham Asylums after 2 years for 70% net profit, and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. :(

Your sold posts are like an excel spreadsheet of mine =X*1.5

I honestly think you could make a business just selling for other people now that amazon is gated for Lego.

75146 Star Wars Advent calendar.  Sold for no profit through a Facebook posting, but very happy anyway because I do not have to eat this one (Lego bricks are not crunchy in milk at all no matter how long you keep them there).  Sold to a father for his sons.  I do have one for my kids though and they love snow suit Chewbacca!

This particular Star Wars set has been a TURD for me and it seems the only one in the past few years that has been a winner is 75056 that has the very lucrative Darth Vader Santa suit minifig and a few other small winners in the set.

This one will be a wonderful performer next year after I get a bunch for $20 after Christmas, as I did with last years and sold this year ~$60.

But yes, these were absolute duds for QFing this year.  I made ~$13 per City Advent this year flipping them after getting them from TRU during 20% + TRUTH.
