I doubt it but that's with no information other than still seeing a ton of them. I've caught huge amounts at LEGOLAND California, Target and Walmart just this week.

I believe it is generic. I looked it up and visited my local Target and there were none to be found

Just grabbed 30522, Batman in the Phantom Zone. Wow! Super sweet set and a parts bonanza. Bottom right corner of the picture are the extra parts.

Chicago, I think he is in my local FB Lego group, look at his other listings, he has a lot of rare stuff. I think it's the same person from FB, because that person always has very early or rare Lego.

depending on availability of course, this may bring some serious $ for a polybag.
