Jeff Mack Posted September 2, 2012 Share Posted September 2, 2012 I am a fan of the Architecture sets. I feel they for the most part are underrated. Will they ever produce high returns, not sure, they for the most part are fairly flat at this time, so I wouldn't go to high with the bidding. The signed boxes add a nice extra, but that doesn't always translate to a higher value. If you can get this lot close to where its at right now, I would say go for it. It really depends on what people will be interested in in the future and who knows if some brick buildings will gain popularity in 5 years.
