The small print on those flyers should force them to say how much they raised prices on those very sets before they discounted them. Wouldn't be surprised to see 25%+ on each one... :shifty:

Thanks for the tip though! Hopefully there are real deals to be had there...

Most prices will probably be raised but there could be a couple deals. Often times a set or two will slip through Geoffrey's evil price scanner and survive the markup. Not bad if you can find one and get the polybag out of it as well.

Most of the time TRU will raise prices by $2-$10 depending on size of set...$15.99 becomes $17.99 and $49.99 becomes $55.99 for example.  You just have to know the regular retail price before you buy something thinking its actually 20% off.  Unless it's EOL, bonus polybag like Robin Redcycle, really, really hard to find or normal retail price plus 20% off than I wouldn't even bother shopping.

Better to go get it price matched at Target and get additional 5% off after taxes.  Nothing we can do about TRU exclusives like Fun House other than buy at TRU 'on sale' or Lego store.

Btw 3677 is still available in some stores up here so with the sale that should put it around a respectable 180.

You don't mean raising the price once the sale comes into effect though right? I have yet to see that in Canada, just all around higher prices whether a set is on sale or not. It's terrible in the U.S. how prices sometimes get jacked 20%-30% just for a sale, that's ridiculous.
