I contacted TRU and they still gave me the finger about the cancelled order. Should I go to the BBB about this then?

I would certainly try it.  The BBB is very user friendly and very easy to navigate.  It doesn't take long and really, you have nothing to lose.  If nothing else it should keep TRU more on it's toes about things like this from happening in the future.  They could have just as easily told me that it was an error in their pricing system and that they couldn't honor that price and I would have accepted an apology and walked away and I would have closed my claim and say they made a mistake but they apologized for misleading me.  No harm done.
